First time visitors to this photo studio…read more We were here to take my daughter's senior year high school photos. The first impression upon entering the building was that it was a very nice set up. There were many very nice photographs on display everywhere. There were also old cameras on display which was a nice touch. It was a good first impression of the business. The two young ladies seated behind the front counter were very friendly and professional and immediately assisted my family and I. GREAT customer service. Approximately ten minutes went by when the photographer assigned to us, Paula sat at our table and we chatted for a few minutes about the photos to be taken and the area we currently reside in which was nice. We were taken to the rear of the large studio and Paula got to work. She is a GREAT photographer and an even nicer person. She was so friendly, funny and down to earth. Paula did her thing as far as taking many, many pics but was also open to our feedback on a few pics. We have yet to see the finished product or pricing so I cannot comment on those two items. My review is simply for my first impression of the studio and the amazing staff.

We had a horrible experience with this place We went here…read morebecause we had gotten an offer for a good deal that included all digital photos When we got there, their gate wasn't working and with a 3 week old had to wait for over 2 hours for them to fix it While taking the photos we had people asking the photographer a million questions and they had to pause several times which made my baby very fussy When it came time to pay they said for 16 pictures we had to pay 1200$ Which was not what they originally advertised This place is a major scam The only reason I came here was the distance and the advertisement The pricing says digital photos included but its a lie. They will only give you the digital photos of the package you pick, if you pick a package with 4 photos you only get 4 digital not all photos If we knew we had to pay 1200$ for pictures we would have went back to the original place we always go to 500$ flat fee all photos included and much much cuter props You would think with the major inconvenience they would have accommodated Do not recommend Save your money and do your research There are soooo many other places with better pricing and props Response to you Margo, I was not referring to the 69$ or whatever you are even talking about I am referring to your regular prices online and how its presented and worded to pull people in, you guys are very unprofessional as very evident in your response Your manager did not call me until 11:30 and I was driving from Santa Clarita and it was too late for me to return back, your business issues are not any of my concern, thats your concern. You saying to return my money and for me to not even get the 4 photos I paid 300$for after waiting at the mall with a 3 week old for over 3 hours ? Thats your management resolution?

As a result, we got the most precious pictures of our girl. Overall we are so happy at the outcome and commend Katie's talent to make a newborn shine. We'll be coming back for family photos and the couture shots soon. Prices are reasonable especially considering the quality. The prints are done so well they could go in a museum. Thank you, thank you! Happy customers through and through here. Two years apart, and both sessions were equally beautiful, fun, and everything I could have hoped for. What sets Janice apart isn't just her incredible eye for a photo - it's how genuinely present and thoughtful she is with my whole family. She was extremely patient and gentle with my newborn, and made my two year old feel completely at ease by leaning right into all the toys she kept eagerly showing off. Watching that connection unfold was honestly one of my favorite parts of the session. She even welcomed our two dogs without missing a beat! Having everything done in the comfort of my own home made it that much more special, personal, and stress-free. We absolutely loved having these milestone moments captured in our own space, surrounded by all the things that make our family ours. If you're looking for someone to document this fleeting, irreplaceable season of life with care, artistry, and a whole lot of heart, look no further than Chasing Hiromi. She knew exactly how to swaddle and pose him, while Steve was a true artisan with the camera. Steve captured the most expressive shots at all the right angles. Beverly and Steve were also very receptive to our requests! My husband is a rock climber, so we wanted to create a couple of newborn pictures that included his climbing gear. Beverly made it come together so beautifully! Steve and Beverly were also patient and kind about newborn messes (spraying during diaper changes, spit up after feeding, etc.). They've seen it all (they are parents themselves), and the mess doesn't faze them. In addition, they gave some great advice to ease my anxieties as a first-time mom.
