Cat was very helpful in answering questions, emails, and ensuring that our contract was completed. Nik, our photographer, was SO FUN to work with. He gave us kind, clear instructions, had excellent recommendations of locations and shots, and was responsive to our questions. He helped us laugh throughout the day while also capturing our love and the love of all our family and friends throughout the ceremony and reception. He also got about a dozen fully edited sneak peak photos to us only a week after our wedding and the photos are STUNNING! I am obsessed. Our videographer, Vi, was professional, courteous, and captured all of our special moments on video. We can't wait to see the edited products, and will update this review once we have received them! This company also includes access to raw footage for free (although we opted to pay for the hard drive of raw footage since that seemed easiest), which seems to be a rarity for wedding photographers and videographers. It was not clear at all that for $70+ you are basically paying for ONE photo printed in different sizes. The same issue applied to the other expensive packages as well. When I called, the owner told me that many parents from our preschool contacted him the very next day with the exact same confusion. If dozens of people are calling about the same issue, then clearly the problem is not the parents -- the problem is how the packages and pricing are presented. What upset me even more was the complete lack of customer service. Even after already paying over $70 for a single photo, I was still willing to purchase another package just to have a few different photos of my son. I politely asked if they could offer any small discount or simply send me 2 digital photos by email instead of forcing another overpriced printed package. I even offered to pay directly through Zelle. Every single request was refused. The prices for kindergarten photos are unbelievably high, and there was absolutely no effort to help or find a reasonable solution. This experience felt more like a money grab than a service for families.

We were out in the botanical gardens, where I'd never been (bonus), and we walked right past the ticket counter with a flash of her badge.
