Not very easy to work with, I booked a art class with them right after booking I set them a email to notify them I am an amputee and in a wheelchair needed to know if they are ada accessible. I booked it on the 12 th of August and the event was on the 19 th, with two more emails with no answers then called with not being able to leave a message. Finally heard from them today the day before the class saying they are not Ada compliant and that they canceled the class saying Don't book with them if you have any disabilities or hard time walking. It is sad that there are still business that are not Ada compliant it's 2025 do better read more

I was at AR for the first time for an HGTV event and had a blast. I have been to similar establishments but I found AR in Malvern to be the best. Our assistant, Dorian, was a sweetie and very helpful. I look forward to taking other workshops at this site. I loved using some of the tools that they have there and somewhat assembling my own project, which does not happen at all competitor establishments. My Family set up a workshop for me for my birthday. We were all so excited. The government, because of COVID-19, has since shut them down. Not knowing when they will open again or when we will all be able to get together again, we called to cancel. They will not give us our money back!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Other AR Workshops have been wonderful. Attentive caring employees and a fun night out. Unfortunately the Malvern location was the complete opposite. And the owner was the problem. She came in half way through our class clearly to prepare for the weekend. She never addressed our class and pulled our staff to fold T-shirts and do other chores for her upcoming classes. She also cut wood for two hours and left the door open making it extremely noisy and 20 degrees in the room. She then used our table as we were working to instruct her staff about future classes. She never spoke to us and interrupted as we addressed her staff. It was as if she didn't realize there were paid customers currently working on projects. I'm not sure what the opposite of customer service is but you'll find out if you go here. The owner should worry more about her current clients than her future ones because if she continues like this, she won't have either! read more

Have been to this location a handful of times with friends, new acquaintances, neighbors, and my kids. Each time was so much fun! You can bring whatever snacks and drinks you want, choose who you sit by, and the art...come on! It's DIY heaven in that place. I have had a blast creating each project for gifts and different areas of my home. I always leave with a great looking project. The assistants are there to help with tools you are unsure of, or guide you to try something new! My projects have taken anywhere from 2-4 hours, depending on my indecisiveness and neediness of assistance. To the negative reviewer below, whoa. While it might have been a minor setback to reprint your stencil, sounds like the owner went above and beyond to come down to the shop to help you. Admittedly, you overlooked it too, unfortunately. If you've thought about trying AR Malvern, DO IT! You will be pleased with this new type of activity. I've been to another place similar to this and man, they just don't compare! read more

I've been to this location twice and have loved it both times! The first time I went for a team building private event and the teachers were wonderful and very encouraging since it was all of our first time doing something like this. The second time I attended during a planned class and felt the same way - our teacher was Margaret and she made sure everyone had everything they needed and was so attentive. I recently went to this location with a group of people for a fun night out. I preorder on the website and filled everything out that was required . When I got there the stencil was designed for a 32 inch box when I clearly marked I was getting a 16 inch box , And didn't notice it until I already Stencil it. The woman had to print out another stencil and then the printer apparently broke and they had to call the owner to come and re-stencil it and then when she did it , it was again the wrong thing and had to go back and stencil it again . This was a very long process which put me behind and when I asked the owner politely if there was anything she could do she rudely answered me...basically by saying it happens all the time here and it is what it is . I would never go back to this place ever again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone my actual project turned out nice but my experience was horrible if you were interested in going to this workshop I would choose another location this place is not friendly and the owner is very rude and inappropriate person to her customers .
