If you go here, you're going for the experience and you should know what you're in for. They give you a heads up that there is a per person cover charge (8 euros) to sit outside and listen to the orchestra, but the orchestra is incredible I have to say. Just the experience of sitting at a beautiful, historic spot on Piazza San Marcos with the orchestra playing is something in itself.
The menu has something for everyone, my husband got a spritz and I had a hot tea. Neither were the best thing we ever had by any means but again, you're there for the experience. I was disappointed the tea was just a tea bag that I had to steep myself.
We did not have a reservation, just sat ourselves outside at a table for two. Staff was professional but not particularly quick or friendly.
