They were able to schedule a visit from Jeff, one of their plumbers, the same day. He quickly was able to diagnose the issue and recommend a solution and quote a price for the work. At our request, he even opened up our kitchen ceiling to verify the source of the leak. The leak turned out to require the replacement of the wax seal underneath the toilet bowl. Jeff and his helper, Dimonte, did an excellent job of removing the toilet bowl, replacing the wax seal under it and re-installing the toilet bowl. They cleaned up completely after they completed the work. Unfortunately, since HEIL Plumbing doesn't do replacement drywall work, I was told I should select a local drywall company of my choice to handle the the drywall repair in the kitchen ceiling.
