Once we signed the contract everything went very downhill from there. It has been exactly two months since they began work on our pad and we are still trying to get what we have already paid for. Very little was completed in the contract that we signed and the concrete with lack of a better word looks like crap. Communication is a joke. That is definitely their weakness. The owner has come on our property now on 7 different occasions without even speaking to my husband, even to just let him know he was there. I do not feel my husband and I have been difficult to work with, we were just simply asking for our contract to be honored as we paid. At this point it is very apparent that we will not be getting anywhere so our next step will be the attorney general or a lawyer. My advice is steer clear and find a more professional company. I'm jealous of all the beautiful pictures of the concrete because mine is ugly and busted : (

Daniel and his team then brought the design to life, ensuring effective communication and clear expectations at every step. If you want to latch on to someone who is so good you will be using him until you move, call Chris. I'm serious. I cannot abide most contractors out there. I have done a lot of work myself so I can see when they are ripping me off, doing a poor job or lying to me. It is rampant. If you want to avoid all those things, you must call Chris. So stop looking and give him a buzz. I absolutely guarantee you will fall over with gratitude when you see what he delivers. CALL HIM!
