I needed to purchase a City of Laguna Beach public notice package and Laura at Susan Case Inc understood my needs and provided outstanding service. I went to their office to pay and Laura already had my envelopes addressed, stamped and ready to go. She hand delivered the envelopes to the city by 11AM. Laura was awesome!! I contacted several of the companies on the list provided by the city, several did not return my call, and the other could not accommodate my needs and required two days to deliver the envelopes. Laura was awesome!!!

Harding remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, and refreshed the rest of the house with new paint and flooring. Their design process helped us work through the layout and finishes before construction, and they were careful with the original details throughout the remodel. We love the white shaker cabinets, green marble backsplash, refinished brick chimney, black-and-white hex tile, and the cat wallpaper in the bathroom. The house feels updated without losing what makes it special. We highly recommend Harding Design & Construction and will definitely be using them again on future projects!

They did a spectacular job envisioning and communicating the project as a whole and easily broke it down to every little detail in between that you wouldn't even think of. Each contractor and sub-contractor that worked on our project was respectful of our property, friendly, detail-oriented, and left high quality results. There were some challenges during the design and construction due to the city requirments, which is expected given the scope of the project. However, the team handled these challenges very effectively and professionally. There is no doubt that I will hire Harding Design & Construction again, thanks again guys!

An absolute WONDERFUL experience with TKR Construction! We wanted to remodel existing square…read morefootage as well as add some new construction to our house. Ken helped guide us through setting up a master plan, understanding what both our short-term and long-term goals were. From there, he was able to design a plan that sequenced things perfectly, so could take advantage of all open walls/construction. Ken also presented us a number of options for the new space, which was very productive, and ultimately we selected a plan that was an evolution of the idea my wife & I had. Ken is a collaborative architect who has a great eye for homes. The construction process was the easiest I've ever seen. Despite having to demolish an entire exterior wall, there was virtually no dust outside of the construction area. The team built a full ceiling-to-floor plastic guard to keep our kitchen and living room livable. All of the workers were exceeding polite, and left no sharp objects around (due to the fact that we have little kids). We finished on-time and on budget. Not only did we have a great experience with TKR, we also recommended TKR to other friends who have now had similar experiences. Highly recommend them - the quality was excellent.

I came to him with a complex situation: I had an ADU that was already built and needed to be legalized. From day one, Sam has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. His patience is a true gift, especially in a process as frustrating and drawn out as dealing with city regulations. Sam has walked with me step-by-step through the process of legalizing my ADU. Honestly, without his help, I don't think it would be possible. He has gone above and beyond -- even to the point of covering costs upfront on multiple ocassions just to keep the project moving, with the trust and understanding that I'll pay him back. That level of service and integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. Words cannot fully articulate the depth of my appreciation. Throughout this journey, we've built a solid, trustworthy relationship. Sam truly cares about his clients and their success. If you're looking for someone dependable, talented, and committed to doing things the right way, look no further. You will not be disappointed. Like I said -- I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. The only way I can come close is by encouraging my wife to submit her own review too! Thank you, Sam -- you've been a true partner in this process and a blessing to myself and family.

Unlike other companies, Rober really listened to our vision instead of just proposing his own design. He offered thoughtful suggestions but never pushed--everything felt very collaborative. Communication was super responsive, and the team was very respectful of our home. We were living there with a toddler during the renovation, and they kept the space clean every day, which we really appreciated. The quality is fantastic--our cabinets and countertops turned out beautifully. Pricing was also very transparent.
