I recently had my wallet stolen. When I walked in, I asked if they took ApplePay, and they said yes. When I went to pay they asked for my ID, which I didn't have because my wallet was stolen, and I'm pushing 40. I asked if I could use pull up a photo instead and they said "I don't know you". Aqueous has a good selection with great service. They repaired my mod when they could have tried to sell me a new one. A totally free repair on a unit they didnt even sell to me I can respect. read more

I was really nervous to try vaping as a way to quit smoking. I am a bit older than the average vape customer so every time I went to one of the stores I felt silly. I really wanted to quit so I gathered up my courage and went to Aqueous. They were super friendly and helpful and seem genuinely happy that I had decided to quit smoking. I bought the starter kit and some juice and I have never picked up a cigarette again. I like the fact that you can go in and try all the juices. I wish the people that worked there were a little bit more knowledgeable about the flavors so they could recommend more. I was in for the first time today, my boyfriend has been trying to get me to switch from cigarettes to vapor for months now and I finally broke down and let him take me in to get me something to start off with. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we came in only a half hour before they close and ended up ringing up about twenty minutes after they were supposed to close, but they never once made us feel rushed at all and were very patient with me as I came in knowing literally nothing about vaping. All of the folks there are very nice, have excellent knowledge and will go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. As you become a regular customer, they will assist in advising what you need to fix you vapor device. Further, their pricing is reasonable and convenient. Yes, you might find vapor equipment on-line, though having a personal relationship with the employee's and owner is essential in customer retainment. They will also go beyond the call of duty to ensure you're a happy camper. Of all the times I've been in the store with other customers, the Aqueous staff is courteous and polite.
