It can be a bit intimidating walking into a cigar shop as a woman. Especially, when you're by…read moreyourself. I don't smoke cigars that often, at all. But, on the occasions that I do, the hardest part is going. Well, the staff are helpful and friendly. You don't have to have the last three issues of Cigar Aficionado memorized to talk to them. You can give them a basic idea of what you want, or tell them you have absolutely no idea what you want. They will still help you out. What really impressed me about the person that helped me was that he listened to me and switched his recommendation to a cheaper cigar. So, it was more important that I would be happy with what I had purchased. Well, that just makes me motivated to buy the few cigars I'll enjoy from there. If you're going to enjoy a cigar, then check out this spot and let them help you pick out something new. I think you're in for a treat.

They won't bother you if you know what you're looking for, but if you don't, they're right there to guide you on your tobacco purchase. Ashtrays are constantly emptied with a smile. They have several areas for large parties and ice, glasses, and refrigerator to keep your beverages cool. They have the best air circulation system in town, not a cheap little system like some places. There are several seating areas for groups big or small. It doesn't hurt that they have a large parking lot, so this is a top choice when my buddies have a get together.

Went to buy a disposable vape with the interest of buying a something more permanent. Walked in and was greeted Immediately with judgment and the question of "where's your ID." Gave the rude man my ID and felt like my entire time in that place was full of judgment from the employee helping. Not sure if it was because I was gay, or if it was because I looked younger when I'm actually 22 and my ID states so or maybe he felt like he needed to be "Kansas City's Vape Cop." Won't go back, experience was awful and the employee put an awful taste in my month. I'll just go buy the same vape at the shell gas station for $13 instead of spending $27 and getting AWFUL help. Needless to say, if I need something more permanent I'll be spending my money somewhere else instead of with a company that discriminates. :)

The old lady who works the counter doesn't wear her mask properly, leaves her nose exposed, in my opinion that's reason enough to avoid the place, especially for smokers and elderly who are higher risk for covid. Though the reason I'm actually annoyed enough to write a review is her crappy condescending attitude. When I had the audacity to tell her she was wearing her mask wrong, in a friendly tone I might add, she decided to hold me up the next time I entered the store. She took off her mask completely, not even covering her mouth, and ranted for what felt like an eternity, saying absolutely nothing beyond- -masks aren't mandatory -I'm not 'mask patrol -she's asthmatic and wearing a mask is unpleasant. She repeated these talking points until I cut her off telling her 'just give me my change', which she was holding in her hand throughout this, having started the tirade while processing my purchase. She then put it on the counter and told me not to come back, which rest assured I won't. If you care about the well being of people you come in contact with, I suggest you do the same.
