Ryan was one of the contacts I reached out to from Yelp and Thumbtack. I went with the Thumbtack guy first, but things kept happening and he couldn't make it. Meanwhile, the smell was worsening, and I couldn't wait until Monday. I contacted Ryan and he was on it. He arrived on a motorbike like Mad Max and went to work. The Sriracha and smell were washed away. I really respect this guy's hustle and plan to use him in the future. If you need pressure washing on a patio, driveway, etc., he's your guy. His pricing is really reasonable as well!

They want it on their schedule but that's not possible with our yard and pets. They also don't communicate exactly when they're coming and I don't have time to sit around all day waiting. Recently, I messaged asking if they could come to clean up the front and back. My message was read and 4 days later someone replied, "Hello". Wtf? LOL Um... hi? I asked if I had the wrong number and they said no, that they were just looking at my message the last 4 days. Very weird. I'm done working with them.

Later, I called and booked him. He quoted (and stuck with) a price for basic power washing. I understood that oil stains would be extra, so was ready for a possible big uptick. It was very little extra he charged. So little, I added $15 extra to the check, just because I was so pleased. Then, instead of power washing the area we agreed on, he did all that and did another area that I had not paid for. By the time I left, I could not believe how well this had gone. By the way, they showed up on time, but had to work in nasty, hot, 3pm San Fernando Valley Sun. They stayed on it, worked hard, and got it all done. Thank you Derick. Please remember, everyone, only one "r" in Derick.

The owner Mario tries to avoid you if you leave a bad review and doesn't honor the paver warranty. Beware when you hire this company. Had they told me when we started the project that they didn't know how to do sprinklers I would've hired another company to do the sprinklers. I have to spend an extra 1k to get the sprinklers fixed now. Jeremy's words are if you take the negative review down maybe the owner will talk to you. There response was blocking me from Facebook.

I've never dealt with issues like this for my home or any rental properties, so this was all new to me. It was really nice, I spoke to Kristine with customer service and she was very informative and easy to speak with. She led me through the process and assured me that I would get the proper support needed to mitigate the water damage and help file a claim with my insurance. The tech that was sent out was on time and put a lot of my mold concerns at ease. I thought the estimate was going to be insane as the leakage had saturated the entire living and dining space. The estimate was detailed and itemized down to the penny and much lower than I had anticipated. The job was completed in less than a week and my renters hardly noticed that they were around. The fans were probably their only mention, but I suppose that was out of anyone's control. Overall positive experience and thumbs up for this company. I was very pleased and would use them again.

One of their employees, Omar, came out today to look over the damage after we called Mo. Both Mo and Omar are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Omar went above and beyond what was expected and we could not be more grateful. Excellent company!

We have an autistic 8 year old, and he LOVES to flush toilets multiple times per use- our water bill just keeps racking up. I tried talking with a few local plumbers, but most of them did not know what I was talking about and the few that did, I could tell they were not experts in the specialty. I googled greywater recycling and Buzz and his family company was one of the first things to show up. After a few meetings over the phone and in person to discuss the project, Buzz and the team showed up to do the job. They were courteous, realistic and down to earth. They knew how to get it done quickly and with minimal disruptions to our water flow, which is very important for us especially. They're definitely pros by how easy the process was. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get this highly specialized type of work done in their home. My only gripe, and why it's 4 and not 5 stars is that they're only out of California, so it took a little while to get on their busy schedule... but it was totally worth the wait.
