It happened gradually but 9 1/2 years later it was much more obvious. There was also a small crack in a retaining wall that they installed. We called Smith Brothers and since we were still within the warranty period, they sent 2 men over to repair both spots. They worked for 4 hours and did a very thorough job. There were no shortcuts. They removed bricks from one entire side of the pool, poured concrete where it was sinking down, and replaced the brickwork expertly. It looks perfect. A company that stands behind their guarantee 9 1/2 years later has my admiration and recommendation.
