I almost wanted to cancel my order because of her. Few weeks after purchasing my order I called and she answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes. All I wanted to do was add something to my order and apparently she couldn't help me. She claimed that only Eric could help since he's the one that helped me the first time. It's been a month and I barely got a message back from Eric. Carolina even gave Eric the wrong info of what I wanted to add to my order. So when purchasing from this place try not to deal with Carolina she's not friendly at all. She needs some customer service classes.
