The manager at Stonegate MHP has been exceptionally supportive and professional towards us. We are deeply grateful for Gayla Romero's assistance in providing advice aa we landscape our lot. I am confident Stonegate is now the most highly rated Mobile Home Park. This transition from Lamplighter MHP, where we endured approximently 3 years of an ongoing nightmare of RACIST treatment, has been transformative. Ms. Romero is a professional who takes great care and pride in our community. We have resided here for nearly two years. A drive through our park reveals the incredible attention to detail in general maintenance. Notably, since our move from across the street we have not experienced any thefts. In contrast, the park we left behind neglected the homeless individuals residing near a Hobo camp on the river. To date, they have been known to enter during late hours and steal unsecured items from yards and driveways. Although I rarely leave reviews, I am highly impressed by the quality of life and the outstanding management team that provide it. It actually used to be a fairly decent place to live, although nothing ever got fixed. But new management evidently took over and the women they hired to work in the office will not listen. They talk, talk, talk, but don't pay attention to the words tenants are saying. Really unprofessional. The rent keeps going up while the quality of the park is going down. read more

Do not rent here the maintenance is bad. So far my main water has frozen 4 times, have an uncovered plug next to the kitchen sink thats not even to code, not to mention the plugs that dont work because of the wiring, cold air is coning through the floor under a sink in the bathroom, the isolation has fallen or is missing under home, heater olny blows good next to heater you can barely feel it in rest of vents, casuing me to heat rooms with portable heaters, raising my electric bill, I've went to office several times to report issues to no avail, even when they say maintenance is to come, no show. Theres are still things that were to be done when i moved in still not done. Things that were said to been done, that were not! If you giving stars for how bad I'd say 5! read more
