Chef Kay allowed me to drop off the decorations for the party the night before, when I arrived for the party everything was set up. We had appetizers passed throughout the party. My guest were able to pay for their drinks individually and there was no confusion. The food was hot and fresh. Chef Kay and staff kept up with keeping my guest fed and comfortable. I was obviously joking, but he answered the call! He came through with a Sidecar at first. A Sidecar is basically cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice. He stuck with the dark liquor theme since I was already drinking dark. He added his own twist and it was delicious, served with this hilariously big ice cube in it. I loved it. Next was the Old Fashioned. It's made with muddled sugar, (which I watched him do), bitters and whiskey with some citrus zest! Another hit! This dude is legit. Like I said, go see that man. They did not have some of the menu items that they had advertised. Most of the food was cold and the chicken was raw. The waitress was very sweet but the restaurant was extremely busy. I don't understand why advertise for an event when the facility isn't suited for a busy holiday. It costed $39 per person when the food was at most mid quality. The wait, the ambienice, and the food was absolutely not worth the money. My family will not be coming again and I do not advise that other families come for the holiday also.
