I hired Delta Plumbers for an urgent main line shut-off valve repair on a rental property. When…read morecalling at Jul 19 10:00 AM on Sunday, I was assured of emergency dispatch within a 11 AM - 3 PM window. For replacement of 1x Water tank pressure relief valve and 2x waterline shut off valve I was charged steep $1,525.50 bill. I still agreed to work with Delta Plumbers in hope that they will complete my emergency repair as promised in time. I paid $762.75 upfront deposit right away as requested. However, the plumber did not arrive for initial assessment until 7:00 PM that evening, and the job was not completed until Jul 20 7:00 PM the following day (a 33-hour total outage). The physical plumbing work completed was satisfactory, but the delay forced me to issue a pro-rated rent credit to my tenants due to loss of vital services. When I raised the scheduling issues, management did apply a $179 discount to cover the tenant abatement. But they charged me for the emergency repair call that took more than 33 hours. Reaching a manager or plumber directly for escalation is next to impossible. I requested a response on 21st and finally got it on Jul 31st. I DO NOT recommend this company. -------------------------------- 1) Me and my tenant I need to call several times to get continued schedule changes. 2) All they care about is emergency repair grab money not timely service. 3) There is no accountability from Manager, Front office or Plumber. 4) They never told me the truth that they are busy to do emergency job right away I am sharing this so future clients are aware that emergency same-day timelines may not always be met.

Moreover, all customer service rep could say was, "it was probably full". 'Probably' does not cut it. Trust is an important part of a business' relationship with its customers, but you cannot ask for blind trust or for us to believe in "probably full" from a customer service rep that was not present for the service and a service man that does not properly record the job being done.
