The items selected in the evening's menu honoring the integrity inherent in authentic food values of Italian culture.  POLPETTE AL POMODORO is a menu staple first served at the original store in Chipping Norton and has continued to delight for the past 8 years. These Italian meatballs are cooked in Napolitana sauce with parmesan cheese that's been grilled into the shape and texture of wafers that break at the slightest touch.  It's Enzo's mother's recipe, many of which are at the heart of the menu. GNOCCHI BEEF CHEEK are matched perfectly. The soft pillowy textures of the Potato dumplings pan tossed with slow cooked beef cheek providing the perfect vehicle for their home made Napolitana sauce. The gnocchi used in all dishes at Enzo's is made fresh on site by Enzo's nephews. It's all about beautiful simplicity in Italian cuisine and the LINGUINE AL GAMBERETTI uses a simple dressing of virgin olive oil, chilli, garlic and parsley allowing the contrasting raw flavors of bacon and prawn to dominate.  This is also seen in their MARGHERITA pizza of Tomato, mozzarella with oregano and their proscuitto, rocket and parmesan pizza.   The RISOTTO PESCATORE of octopus, mussels, calamari, prawns, vongole in a fresh Napolitana sauce is the star attraction. Ask about the personal connection to this dish which has a personal tie to Enzo's father who has now passed. It's a beautifully presented dish, sculpturesque in form in this special version featuring crab. The rich broth absorbed into the rice with hues of sweetness from the fresh seafood make every bite worth savouring. Enzo's sister crafts the desserts and there are 12 to choose from. It was a symphony of 'oooooo's and 'aaaaahhhhh's as the end note to a great meal came out.  Each plate buildng on the next. The silky wobble of the panna cotta, the lacy encasement of crepe both feature nutella - an impossible choice! The spongy pudding of caramel and finely chopped dates and the puff pastry seeds filled with ricotta, masacarpone, goats cheese, sultanas, fried and served with pistachio crumbs, vanilla gelato, honey castor and sugar!  The secret to maintaining consistency and their personal connection to diners across all locations in Kemps Creek, Chipping Norton, Casula, Glen Alpine and Northmead is the consistency across the board in their core dishes. Every meatball made by mama, every gnocchi dish made by his nephews, the tribute in the way Enzo's father's seafood risotto is made to the desserts his sister makes is genuinely one big family affair.In reaching this level of perfection, very little change has been needed to their menu since the opening of its flagship in Chipping Norton. The seafood dishes were very well done and tasted fresh - let's hope it's not fresh from Chipping Norton Lake! Our salads were also great quality and had a good dressing. The service was quite attentive and friendly and they were prompt to handle any queries. Given we were there for a work lunch, they turned around dishes very quickly so if you're short on time then Enzos is a good choice.

Last night we tried the calamari fritti omg it was lightly dusted and fried squid and was not left on the table for more than 4 minutes. I then had the gamberetti which is plump prawns with bacon olive oil garlic and a fresh zing of chilli nicely balanced. I tried to eat it all but couldnt as id smashed most of the squid and garlic bread. Its seriously good food and lovely inside outside dining. My brother with cerebral palsy was woth me and they were wonderful and attentive with us which was lovely. Great job Enzo's and I will be back to scour the menu again. The restaurant has huge selections of menu and warm atmosphere makes it one of Sydney's best kept secret located near the banks of the Georges River at Georges Hall, just west of Bankstown. Our foodie group has driven from eastern subs to try their steak and ribs in Sydney and the one hour road trip was worth it!  Our favourites were definitely the pork ribs and the beef ribs. These succulent and literally "fall of the bones" flame grilled ribs are the highlights of the visit. We were there for a Sunday lunch and the place was packed with people walking in and out all afternoon. We ordered prime rib steak rare with green peppercorn sauce served separately just so we could taste the original Tasmanian prime cut of steak and it really is the next level with the sauce really compliments it, the steak was executed so nicely, eye fillet medium with béarnaise sauce it was lean, tender and charred on the outside, large rack of USA pork ribs were so mouth-watering even before we actually tried it, the sauce is the best ever I've tried so far and the beef ribs is the best, tender on the inside and the meat just fell of the bone the moment picked up from the plate. There is also the very large "Toma Hawk" rib eye steak which is almost the size of my head (it's just very big :)), perfect for sharing between us all boys. To finish the food on the high-note we ordered chocolate indulgence, it's chocolate pudding with a hot chocolate fudge centre serve with whipped cream and serendipity vanilla bean gelato, it's delicious! The waitress has an exceptional hospitality and was very helpful with great attitude hence made us feel very welcome. We were greeted by the owner of the restaurant upon arriving and Chris really had taken care of us so we could focus on enjoying our catching-up with us mates.
