Told me he would be in and out in 2-3 days once the project started. After canceling the start date 2xs bec one worker called out sick, the work commenced. One week later and after tremendous aggravation, the work finally finished. Id grade the work a B. I paid in full in good faith because Marco promised he would come back and fix up some areas. Shame on me because he never intended to come back after repeated texts from him saying he would. In fact, he stopped responding to my texts. Unfortunately, some lies were told and I have since terminated my relationship with Carbillano and asked them not to come back to my property. Thank goodness its only money, and clearly doing an 80% job is what Carbillano knows best from my personal experience. I'm certain Carbillano will respond with lies, smooth talk and twist the story around for what really happened. I already have an email making me out to be the bad guy lol. If you have any doubts that Im telling the truth, please reach out to me as I have texts, emails, pictures of the shoddy work and my wife is also happy to share the lies we were told. Im happy to serve as a reference so no one else gets conned. I should have known better after the start date moved twice and Marco desperately needed to be paid in order "to make payroll." He doesn't return texts of phone calls. His Brother's contracting company is amazing but sadly this apparently doesn't extend to "Marco", the new owner of Carbillano. There were some problems with my lawn in the form of a fungus and patches of bent grass. A technician came out to review the problen, he called the owner .... the owner told him! KILL ALL OF IT! I never received a phone call .... they just proceeded on their own I came home at the end of August to find 60% of my lawn was sprayed with a round up type product to kill 60% of my lawn! I WAS IN SHOCK! I TERMINATED THIS COMPANY !!! Now I needed to find a new company to provide a solution to install a new lawn quickly since it was the beginning of Sept. Lucky lawn was highly recomended from an extremly reliable source. I called the Lucky Lawn office told them I needed someone to come out and look at my lawn. I was told it would probably be Jim Buchanan, the owner of the company. I was impressed! Two hours later I received a text message it was Jim Buchanan telling me he was in the area and he wanted to stop by but I was not home. I called him back, he told me he would be by the next day. At 10 Am he was at my door. Reviewed the entire property told me what had to be done and walked me through what Lucky Lawn would do and when. His approach was direct and spot on... he was there with a crew the following week to aerate the soil ,spread 10 yards of top soil, apply 100 pounds of grass seed along with hay! It is now a month since my nightmare and I have the best lawn I ever had! I was so fortunate to have found Lucky Lawn... I do not know who could have reacted so quickly and provide such great results! They have done and incredibly job! One more thing: Eden Farms maintains my property with the exception of the lawn service for lawn aplications. They pulled together a crew to pull up the existing dead lawn in 2 days and prepped it for Lucky Lawn. They also did an impossible job on very short notice! I am extreamly happpy and satisfied with both of these companies servicing my property!

Instead my water bill doubled in the next 6 months compared to the previous year because his workers are not professional sprinkler installers. P . Barajas brings non professional people to work with him and they do sloppy job . One of his workers did not connect my drip pipe properly and it started leaking water everyday which went all the way to my backyard from the front lawn which led to my water bill doubling after they installed. He agreed to pay me the money I lost over the phone, but never paid. Won't answer my phone calls & texts asking for the money he promised to pay. Now I have to pursue legal option to recover my loss.
