Our pool was installed by Aqua Pools of Vidor and we have had nothing bust issues since it was installed. Called Noah at Aqua Solutions as we were losing water daily and our sump pit was always full. Noah came out and went thorough the process of pressure testing everything and looking for leaks. He found the issue under the skimmer. He quoted a fair price for digging down under the concrete and repairing the issue. Once the digging was done, Noah came up to the door and showed us some photos. Unfortunately in addition to there being a leak at one of the PVC joints, there was a large crack in the bottom portion of the skimmer. When installed there as apparently too my pressure put on the plastic and it cracked. Noah had to stop work and order a new skimmer. The cost was obviously more expensive, but very fair. Normally this type of repair also means tearing out the concrete decking and replacing it, which would add more expense. It was also colored concrete, so matching would be a disaster. Noah understood the issue and said that he would try to make the repairs from underneath. He didn't know if it would be possible, but would do his best. After all was said and done he went the extra mile and was able to do the full repair without tearing out the concrete. All was repaired and is leak free. The yard was even put back together in great shape. This is the 2nd time we have used Aqua Solutions for a repair and we have been very happy each time. This guy charged me for two expensive tests. I paid him $1285 for him to never return to fix the problem we had tests done for in first place to identify the problem. He avoided calls, texts and even after hunting him down, he failed again to show up. Never completed job. I had to hire another company who was shocked at what I'd paid out for such an easy fix!
