I called last week to have my pool cleaned. The lady who answered made me feel dumb for not knowing how many gallons were in my pool. Frustrated but desperate, i scheduled the service anyway. They sent a technician named Kendal who didn't seem to know what he was doing and almost damaged my pump!! My husband made him leave when he caught him in the bushes relieving himself!! When I called the office to complain, she called me a liar so I demanded to speak with the owner. When the owner, Josh, finally called me back he further belittled me, cursed at me and even threatening me!! This entire experience has been outrageous. Excellent service. My pool which is a 16 x 32".... 8 1/2 feet deep it was cloudy, and you could not even see the bottom... took a water sample in to Shawn!.... he told me what to do, within one week it was all cleared up!! if you're having a problem with your swimming pool go see Shawn, he knows what he's doing!! thank you Shawn!! read more

I will never again have these guys service my pool. The first couple weeks they were good. Then they stopped showing up when they were supposed too. Our services were every Friday. They started coming on Sunday then On Monday. Then they went weeks without coming, but still charging my card. I contacted them over and over again and they kept telling me they would have someone come out, and the pool guy never did. The time I saw him come out, he came in a different unmarked truck and just poured chemicals into the pool and left. Our contract was to skim pool, vacuum, clean sides of pool with brush, & check levels. None of that was done whatsoever. Aug 30 I sent a message to Pool Aid and that started my whole mess. Pool Aid has been nothing but a disorganized disaster. We spent most of our time trying to get in touch with the phone number and the office seemed to spend most of their time figuring out what was going on. There was one specific moment where the office messaged us asking if the team could come that night at 6pm. I responded in the affirmative even though it really put a wrench in my childrens' routine, but they never showed up. Apparently they gave no crap. Several calls and texts later, they finally responded the next afternoon saying their phone died. Okay? You're phone died, so don't you make sure your business is handled? All in all, I'm in the middle of disputing over $500 they claimed they told us about. $500 I know they never mentioned. $500 that was never in the contract, $500 that was never signed off on. I will file a fraud case if it is not refunded. From day one of their shady dealings I was worrisome, but I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt considering I felt obligated through verbal talk. Forget about the amount of times they didn't show up, forget about how they never returned a call. I will do what I can to steer people away from this disorganized catastrophe. Do not, under any circumstances, deal with this company. I mean, I guess I should have known how dishonest they were when their logo is a clear rip off. read more
