We've since used them to finish fixing hurricane damage inside the house, repairing drywall, replacing insulation, painting, and changing all the soffit and fascia on our home. Everything was done quickly and well, and for a competitive price. We've been happy with the quality of the work after each project we've tackled. Josh goes above and beyond for his clients. If we ever build a house, Bellon Development will be our first phone call.

Richard Simmons has been my neighbor and friend since 2000 when I moved back to the area where I…read moregrew up. We have always helped each other out over the years. I retired from ATT and I would always take care of his phone problems. Richard is an honest and decent man of impeccable character. He does quality work, and he's always thinking ahead. Richard is constantly thinking, and he will point something out that may be a problem in the future and explain the issue so that a layman will understand it. Richard is the Best man to handle any insurance claims. He is like a pit bull, and he will battle with the insurance companies to get what you paid for, all your life. He amazes me. I am in my 7th-decade and I no longer want to argue with an insurance adjuster about something that I know nothing about. In closing, I have always taken pride in everything that I do, and Richard Simmons is cut from the same cloth. I guarantee that you will be more than pleased with his quality work. Sincerely, Randal H.

I have used Ryan for several home projects, each one getting slightly more complex or intense, and…read morehe has nailed each one. It started with recurring lawn maintenance, where he was dependable and efficient. This eventually led to some tree care and limb removal and cleaning gutters, all done well. I had a house that was badly damaged since Laura and Delta; he first pointed me in the right direction for permits, and then he and his crew helped clean it out, demolish the bulk of it, and preserve one end of it that was salvageable. He lined up other trades when needed like electricians and carpenters, and overall made the experience easy and smooth. He has many connections with other trades and industries- through consulting and cooperation with friends in the waterfront bulkhead industry, he was able to rebuild a riverfront bulkhead for me as well that came out beautifully. The turnaround time and the craftsmanship have been amazing. Call Ryan and Helping Hands for your home needs- they can likely do it, and he will do it well.
