They took our old reverse osmosis tank and teed it in for extra water storage, they removed all our old system and disposed them in their office. Their install was efficient and clean, and post install instructions and walk through were top notch. Don't waste your money on other systems. Culligan is trusted by many for decades, so why shouldn't you ;)

This review could go very long if I write all the accolades that are deserving to Big Springs…read morePlumbing for the work they have done for us over the past while, and in a previous rental home. We hired Big Springs recently to replace all of the de-listed poly B piping in our 1990's home in Airdrie. This was a large job with spidering pipes throughout the house. They did a fantastic job, were responsive throughout, and completed in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. Mike was my initial contact and he was great with meeting and walking through and explaining the process and getting it all going. We chose Big Springs due to outstanding service that we had received previously when we were renting, by Matt, who went above and beyond and proved to us that this is a company with heart and integrity. Hence why they got this piping job. Along with doing our piping I asked for a recommendation of a contractor to handle the drywall and paint, since our house was being cut top to bottom. (We are new to Airdrie, so we put all our trust in these guys) On their recommendation we brought on Jordan from Concept Construction Service LTD. This too proved to be a great choice and we are equally pleased with the work of Jordan at Concept Construction. Would not hesitate to recommend him too! The job is seamless and our pipes work great and our new walls and paint looks beautiful. Big springs also replaced our Hot water heater, frost free valves and two new toilets, etc. If you are trying to decide whether to use these guys or not, there should be no hesitation. Their workmanship is great, their service has been great (Thank you Matt, Mike, Jason and all others who helped on the job, and the friendly office staff) and in my opinion are very trustworthy. Renovations can be VERY stressful, however this group of people mentioned above made it much easier and less stressful before, during and after the job was completed. More recently I thought i was having a major issue which turned out to be my user error... thanks for your quick response to my moment of stress and anxiety Matt and Mike!! Jerrod kept us up to date with timings etc, his communication was perfect from the start to the finish of the job. Price wise, they are very competitive. Although numerous holes had to be cut into the drywall, dust and mess was kept to a minimum, by the use of a proper drywall cutting tool that collected the dust, and the fact that the team cleaned up everyday after their work. Had them out to our mobile home to replace all the poly B to pex, upon review when I arrived home…read morefound the workmanship to be brutal, went outside to look under my mobile home and the first thing I spotted is they cut one of my skirting panels in half to gain access instead of just removing the panel, after removing some panels to view their work I found holes in the underbelly not fully closed up, then found all exposed piping to the elements ( had I not checked these pipes would have burst during the first cold snap. I then opened up one of the holes and found no insulation put back and again would have been frozen pipes. I told Jarrod I will have another company out and what ever it cost will come off your invoice. Upon initial inspection he quoted me roughly $850 to clean it up and I paid them the difference. When they came to do the work and opened things up they had to revise the quote to $3300 and stated pretty much the whole job needs to redone. Some of the things they found during the rework are - No Insulation but back - frozen pipes - exposed pipes - result frozen pipes -pipes ran to far away from the heat duct - frozen pipes - some pipes ran under the insulation - so exposed - frozen pipes - 4 drip leaks found - - one clamp ring so far down the fitting that it was only a matter of time before it blow off so in closing let my LOSS be your gain good luck if you decide to use them anyways I posted this review prior with pictures but it did not post so trying again without pictures

It feels like tangible relief to have a job where I can call Melissa and have her send out one of the guys, then just relax and let them take care of it, no worries, no second guessing and a fair bill at the end.
