A guy who pickup the phone didn't want to answer my question and just rushed me to just come (He doesn't really speak english of course). Later on found out his name is David. I went there, found out its a Chinese plaza and saw a $12 rate on the board at the front door. Went inside and a lady greeted me who didn't really speak english. Then a guy who doing the haircut. I tried to communicate, but it's quite challenging and I showed him a picture of a haircut I want. He rushed me and said ok. Once its done the cut was just ok and not as what I expected like on the picture I shown him. And here's the blood sucking part, I gave him a $20 bill and he charged me for $18!!! I told him it says $12 on the board at the front. He rushed me, rude and then his male friend showed up and they speak Chinese, ignored me. Misleaded previous review, imho. Lily and Tina serviced us, these ladies gave such a wonderful massage and scalp treatment and treated us like royalty. Usually I get pretty anxious and tense when I'm approached with unfamiliar physical contact but they both did an amazing job at setting a relaxing tone. The lady who I had today for my head spa was Linda. She was very friendly and gave exceptional service. The head massage was very relaxing and I liked how I had the room to myself. The head massage starts with some aromatherapy and deep breathing followed by the head massage. They then wash your hair twice, condition, and rinse it off. Afterwards, you get a shoulder massage. Once the massage is done, you go to another room where you get your hair blow dried. They have Dyson hair dryers and use salon products like the Revlon and Moroccan Oil. I noticed on their website that they mention you might be sharing a room. However, if you don't want to share a room you just have to mention it in your booking. Good to know since I wasn't aware the first time around. Linda made my spa visit very enjoyable that I will definitely book with her in the near future.
