I appreciate MJ's knowledge on the subject and them doing everything they can do to minimize our exposure. But there's more. This is also a collectible shop with old relics like comics, baseball cards and action figures (they are not toys!). Even before hiring Prestige, we were very impressed by their polite and professional attitude, quick response time, and quality of customer service. Unlike any other contractor we've worked with, Prestige utilizes online/text message software to send invoices, confirmations, and even arrival time alerts. This was very helpful as we've been juggling between our work and family schedules. As this installation was done during COVID 19, we were more than thrilled to see Leo and his team really take their safety precautions seriously. Not only did their masks remain on throughout the project, but they even wore two layers of masks to make us feel more comfortable. In addition to the whole house filtration, we also had two reverse osmosis systems installed to filter our drinking water. Since we live in an area with severely hard water, we're really looking forward to enjoying these improvements! Besides the quality work, Leo took the time to explain each of the systems, their emergency shut off locations, and the frequency in which we needed to replenish or swap out the pieces. This year I needed a new tank and replaced it myself. After that the system makes a loud noise when it is refilling. I called them for a service call to repair the system. The guy said I needed a new tank which I questioned knowing the one was brand new. I went along with it trusting their expertise even though they charge you 3x the cost of a new tank on Amazon. They came back to install the new tank and temporarily the noise went away as he found an unrelated issue with an extra rubber washer left behind from an old filter . Less than a week later and the noise came back. I spoke with Kristen P in their account receivable when they called for payment and she said the manager would call me; but I had to pay the 298.00 first before they come out again. When they installed the system it originally cost 500 or do. The manager never called me and they keep sending emails for payment. I don't want to pay them but it is easier than dealing with arguing with a collection company. I almost forgot the first time they came this year the guy didn't even have the right tools as he said people had called out sick and I had to provide him with teflon plumbers tape. Most of my technicians have not been experts and I don't want to disparage them but at the same time I'll just say they aren't well trained. I would not recommend this company and would not use them. They aren't well trained not experts and their customer service is horrible. They do not stand behind their work and it'll be very random if you get lucky to get a good service tech.

I've been a customer for decades, my nephew started with Belmar probably 10-12 yrs ago. My mom now uses them and my employer..very flexible with delivery. If water is not needed, or need fewer, we just call prior to delivery day. No service is perfect, I was surprised by some of the comments actually.
