We had this company come out to remove some windmill parts from a well casing. They gave us an…read moreestimate of 2 hours and spent 2 1/2 hours, so not bad. However, they also charged us the same hourly rate for travel which was $205/hour, which they didn't disclose until AFTER the work was done. They claimed their travel time was 1 1/2 hours to and from the shop, even though their next job was on the way back to their shop. This is after we spent over $10,000 last year trying to get the windmill in working condition. I feel they have taken advantage of us and we will never use them again. Nor will we recommend them to any of our friends or neighbors.

We recently had a pump fail and bought a replacement from DAK. Since one of the residents on the…read morewell was just recently released from the hospital recovering from a critical illness, we were in a rush to replace it for her. DAK took full advantage of our situation and overcharged us on a pump. The Franklin 7FA07P4 pump lists for $911. We were charged $2100. I called DAK and was told their distributor (2M) sold them for $1850. I called 2M and got the name of several dealers they sell to. Contacting each of these dealers, none of them sold the pump for anywhere near what DAK did. I was very disappointed with their level of service. Not actually sure they even did the test as we couldn't be present. Justice on the other hand went way beyond in taking care of my needs. As a small business owner myself I know how hard it can be to juggle schedules to fit extra requests or new found problems into a busy day or week. Great civil engineering firm! These guys know their stuff and are extremely reliable!…read more We used them to for inspections for our external garage. They provide detailed reports and analysis of the work they inspect. We hired them on for quality control when it came time to inspect the initial foundation before we broke ground. They came out with a drill rig and gathered several soil samples at various depths to ensure the original native ground was adequate to developed on, or if we would need to haul in engineered fill. These guys really know what they are doing when it come to foundations of buildings. We used their services to inspect the footings and also take samples of the concrete for the building floor. They do this to ensure the mix batch of cement and aggregates are within specifications. Now that that our 2300 sq ft garage is all done, I am confident and worry free that the building will not have any problems down the road with it's slab or foundations. They pay extremely close attention to all the details!
