We are loading up to leave as we speak. Thank you for the partial payment and you can wait to pay the rest of it when the system is working properly." You never showed up like you stated you would. We paid someone else to come and fix it after you were paid to address the same issue. We have worked with several small businesses and have never had this problem. I got the work order number for them and on the day they were supposed to do the job, one guy showed up with a tape measure and some gal. A few minutes later he knocks on the door and says he has to run over to Lowes and that he will call me when he is on his way back. I spent the rest of my day waiting for him to call or to return which never happened. A few days later they call me and tell me that I am scheduled for this update on April 19th...a full month AFTER the original date they were supposed to do the work. Today, April 19th, the power company shows up to disconnect the power for them. I was told by Quinn Electric that they would be here at 8 a.m. The power company sat here till 9:20 waiting for them and then had to leave for another appointment. As I sit here writing this review, it is 10:14 and they are still a no show. I've called several times, left messages, the power company tried to call them and got their voice mail. If this is what honesty has become in West Virginia, shame shame.

Do not use this company. Contacted Pool Kleen almost a year ago to service our hot tub. They came…read moreout, told us the motor needed replaced and that they would order one. Immediately sent us a bill, which we promptly paid. Didn't hear from them again for weeks so called and left several messages. No response. We then went to their store. Was told part was back ordered but they expected it soon. More weeks went by with no contact from Pool Kleen. Started calling again, got more excuses, apologies and promises that the repairs would be made soon. They then - finally - came and replaced the motor and told us hot tub was good to go. First time we tried to use the hot tub, we discovered they had removed the control panel, leaving us with no way to turn the hot tub on, adjust temperature, etc. We immediately tried to contact them but it took weeks before we could talk to an actual person who said they would order a new control panel. More weeks went by, more excuses and promises. They finally told us to order the control panel ourselves and that they would install it. We ordered it and received it within a few days. Took Pool Kleen weeks to come and install it. (and this was after multiple promises that someone was coming " today" or "tomorrow" but no one would show up or call us to say no one was coming and we would have to start the whole process of trying to contact them again.). Control panel was finally installed and we were again told hot tub was good to go. It wasn't. The water was not heating. We immediately called and was told they would talk to the technician who had installed the control panel to see what the problem was and would call us back the "next day." That was over 2 months ago. Have not heard anything else despite multiple voice mails. emails and texts. Almost one year later and hot tub still not working properly. Giving them 1 star because 0 stars not an option.
