I have all texts messages where I explained the issues were we were told over and over again you would be out to fix the that wasn't addressed and you didn't show up. along with the text message and invoice where I sent your partial payment and only asked that you come back out to address the issue you were paid to fix and we would pay you again in full once the issue was fixed. Your reply is copied and pasted from text messages from the 21st 8:52am "will be there to replace the gauge and reset the generator as soon as I get back in town. We are loading up to leave as we speak. Thank you for the partial payment and you can wait to pay the rest of it when the system is working properly." You never showed up like you stated you would. We paid someone else to come and fix it after you were paid to address the same issue. We have worked with several small businesses and have never had this problem.
