Find another car wash…read more This car wash used to be good until about 4 months ago. My last 3-4 washes have been awful. The way the car wash is setup it only cleans the top and middle of the suv. I had to literally wash it with water and rags in the parking lot after the wash. The assistant manager said I may have to go thru several times because management had reduced the soap and cleaners to safe money and they were no longer providing the wheel shine even though it is supposed to be part of the package. So you pay for premium wash and get what - half a wash?? I have tried it several times since and for the same results and hear the same sad stories from the stafff Cancelled my monthly subscription. You pay up front first and can get a plan of a year follow up touch up for ceramic or multiple years. So why the 1 star? After your initial service is done and when you want to do your follow up touch up, Joshua goes MIA. He does not return calls, or if he does, the follow through to get the appointment never happens. It's truly unfortunate because he does great work but he does not live up to the his end of the bargain. At this point its a bait in switch to get your money up front and then he disappears.
