I had to literally wash it with water and rags in the parking lot after the wash. The assistant manager said I may have to go thru several times because management had reduced the soap and cleaners to safe money and they were no longer providing the wheel shine even though it is supposed to be part of the package. So you pay for premium wash and get what - half a wash?? I have tried it several times since and for the same results and hear the same sad stories from the stafff Cancelled my monthly subscription. 6 hours ago New We…read morejust had our 2013 Durango detailed inside and out. It is now better than when the dealer delivered it new. Not only does it smell new it feels new. The leather feels soft and clean, the glass is crystal clear. The carpet feels soft again. The interior panels are clean and show no signs of wear. It even seems to drive smoother. I can see another 10 years and 100K miles in it. It was not a cost of a detail but an investment in the life of of the vehicle. My 2005 pickup is definitely next to be done.

If you're not stopping, we can't be friends. Needed a break and do some shopping. Had to grab their 250 anniversary American shirt. Which comes with a Buc-ee's sticker. I usually put on my car, then it fades with the Texas sun and I peal it off till I get a new one. Customer service is on point. Everyone is nice, polite, helpful, and just Southern. Love coming here. It's always packed, so I'm not the only one that gets it. God bless Buc-ee's
