Today was the first time I've ever had a deep detailing done on my Suburban and all I can say is WOW! I have had the vehicle for at least 5 years and I have 3 kids under 10 years old and beige interior, so you can imagine what it looked like before. The end results absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations. My vehicle literally looks better now than it did when I bought it from the dealership! The entire experience from calling and scheduling to the work being done was incredible. Rita, Rhashad's wife, is who scheduled for me, gave me details of what would be done and what to expect, was super friendly, appreciative, informative, and helpful. Rita reached out to me this morning prior to the scheduled time because it was sprinkling and expected to rain. She offered to accommodate in any way she could because she wanted to be sure I was happy. She also knew that I had an event that I needed to attend and was concerned about weather delays interfering with my plans. I think it's going above and beyond to first, remember that I had those plans and also to reach out and try to accommodate based on MY availability! Just amazing.
Rashad and his son showed up on time, both introduced themselves, were extremely professional, and very friendly. They started on my vehicle and it began to rain. Rhashad told me that since it was raining he would come back as soon as it stopped (my plans were cancelled so I ended up being available all day). Rita also communicated with me and let me know when they were on the way back. They were back immediately after the rain stopped which was less than 2 hours.
The service itself was incredible. To say that Rhashad and his son are detailed oriented is an understatement. They were super efficient and indescribably thorough. Every nook and cranny in my vehicle was cleaned. I know I sound somewhat dramatic, but I am being 100% honest. I could not have asked for a better experience and for better results. I will definitely be a permanent customer of The Inside Guy! After previously attempting to have this done with 2 different auto detailing companies, both of which never showed up, I was skeptical. Rhashad "The Inside Guy" came highly recommended by one of my patients and friend after telling her about my previous experiences and I am SO glad that I found him.
Rhashad's friendly demeanor, thorough explanation, level of gratitude, genuineness, and appreciation was jaw dropping! How often do you hear "Thank you so much for choosing and supporting my business?" He said it multiple times. I felt like I should have been the one praising him, which I did, but really? I was taken back by this because it rarely happens.
Lastly, for the quality of service that I received from start to finish, the price was unequivocally amazing!! I would, without a doubt, HIGHLY recommend The Inside Guy! read more
