Selling bangers that are garbage and don't work at !! they literally sent me a picture of a $280 banger that they said this is the cheaper version what you should've this is the garbage version because it doesn't pearls don't move. First off, FUCK JEFF and the entire customer service department. I purchased my order from ALT on May 20, 2024 and it was to be delivered May 25th but UPS had a delay. My order was going to be redelivered on May 28. I did not receive my order and immediately reached out to customer service. Jeff emailed back saying they could not start a claim and must wait a few days. I followed up the next day and no response . I had to follow up AGAIN today, 2 weeks since I order and about a week after my first email. Jeff is less than helpful saying I have to wait for their side to process before they can refund you??? I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Aqua Lab Technologies. I placed an order, and due to an address issue, my package was returned to the sender. The customer service I received from Jeff was nothing short of frustrating. When I inquired about the returned package, I was met with a condescending response that it was not their responsibility if a customer does not know their correct address, even though the issue stemmed from a missing apartment number. Despite providing the correct address in subsequent communication, they refused to acknowledge their oversight and failed to take responsibility. Moreover, instead of resolving the issue amicably, they decided to cancel my order, labeling it as fraudulent without any basis for such an accusation. The entire interaction was handled poorly, with a lack of empathy and professionalism. Aqua Lab Technologies not only failed to deliver my order but also lost a customer due to their abysmal customer service. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. I have been trying to get a replacement herbiron for months, the customer service associate Jeff informed me that herbiron handles their own returns, except I've been trying to contact them for months with no response. I have asked the customer service at aqua lab technologies (where I initially made the purchase in the first place) if the would send a replacement or refund considering the herbiron has not responded and it has literally been months. I have been extremely patient. I paid over $70 for that item and it stopped working properly within 2 weeks, but it was an amazing product so you can understand why I'm so upset at not receiving any kind of communication let alone any attempt to correct the situation. 1/10 Would not recommend this business to any friends or family. It's pretty saddening that it had to come to me going out of my way to leave this review on yelp, which I have not used in years... but here we are. TERRIBLE Customer service! Does not stand behind there sale! AVOID buying here! I purchased a coil and it did not heat up and ATL or Aqua Lab Tech's customer service told me to contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Aqua Lab, didnt offer any replacement or refund on a purchase i made within a week from them. So i had to spend an additional $8 to ship the broken part to the vendor for a replacement. Grav is a brand of glass made in Texas. Like many companies, they don't sell to the general public. To get a Grav hydratube, Grav claims you can order from one of their authorized dealers. I'm in my 4th month trying to order 2 Grav hydratube VX.TRs from AquaLab Technologies, an authorized dealer. I've ordered from them before. They said they could get them, gave me a price quote/unit, but that the factory was out: they'd order 2 for me. I learned from Grav 2 days ago they had 18 in inventory, and none on order. I've sent two emails in two days to AquaLabs, and talked to the "contact us" Dave on the telephone ("Dave? Dave's not here") at AquaLabs. No response from AquaLabs: no "I hear ya, let me check it out". read more

My package was sent to the wrong address due to a mix up at UPS and they have made it clear that they have no interest in helping me file a report- which only they are able to do from what the UPS representative told me. Terrible customer service. Just got a downstem today and so I cleaned out my water pipe and water for it. Found out it was to long so I paid a visit to aqua labs in corna off of Jason st because I didn't want to deal with shipping and everything. They accused me of cleaning the downstem as if I used it. Also he said the logo was ripped off when I just received it that day, so if anything I received a defaulted item. Warning - they will not stand behind their products and will make every attempt to hide your negative review from their site. I purchased a "quartz" nail from them and it broke at the seal after less than 24 hours - it literally had not even been used once. Pitiful, pitiful quality. On top of that - I left a negative review on their site and it was simply never posted, even after a week of checking and multiple attempts to post a review. I live in New York City where the head shops are packed with counterfeit products and found Aquatechnologies on the web and will never pay another dollar locally to these NYC bandits. Upon calling Aqutechnologies with general questions about a dab rig I found the staff who answers the phone so unbelievably well informed and helpful. Recently I bought a piece that needed an extension and the woman on the phone asked me to hold on- she actually WALKED to their warehouse to see if it would fit my rig. Sure, there are many online head shops that have a myriad of products, but even if the IS a price difference, I will ALWAYS return to AQUA as they have just blown me away every time with incredible service and an abundance of knowledge. If it is service and knowledge you seek, this IS the place. Plus, even IF i could find an item I want somewhere else cheaper, I would STILL go back to AQUA, as they back up their products and never misinform or make mistakes.
