Came across Aria Health through a Google search for dry needling. I emailed and got in touch with Stefano (Manassero) who is the clinic director. It was easy to get an appointment with him and all my emails were answered quickly. There's plenty free parking in the Applewood complex. The clinic is a little bit tricky to find-just a small door and then upstairs. Look out for the French bakery and cross the road to find it! I was taken in on time after filling out a little medical questionnaire. We discussed my problem and (multiple) previous injuries. He checked flexibility etc before starting and then set to work. He was chatty which helped with the (necessary) pain and I could definitely feel a difference by the time he's finished working. He then gave me a great back, neck and shoulder massage. I floated out.... Price was a pretty standard €60 that day, but it was worth it because it really did help. He also does dry needling and colonic hydrotherapy is also available...if you're so inclined!

Once I was passed 38 weeks full term they massaged certain points of reflexology. They have a special massage table that has a hole for the bump so you can lie on your stomach. I also had the mama Mia leg treatment and it really helped with the leg cramps that I was getting. I had an amazing facial too to fake my pregnancy glow. For €25 I had a mini pedicure, what a bargain. The polish hasn't chipped two weeks on. They also open Sundays which is very handy. Easy to get to from M1/M50

The town is coming…read moredown with barbers - heard there's even a part of the town nicknamed 'barbers tow' because there's so many of them, like an even pub:barbers ratio. Anyway - the guys that work here are all friendly and they all get along extremely well with each other and their customers. It is always very clean and well maintained, with two TVs tuned to SkySports. I'm sure there's other barbers that are pretty good in the town - but since I started coming here I've never felt compelled to go elsewhere. I usually go to Rob, he's a good dude and is quick with the shears. Always has a story and laugh so it makes a trip to Rory's a good little visit instead of a chore for a mundane task like a haircut. No complaints here, can only encourage you to give Rory's Barbers a go.
