Any garment dry cleaned and pressed for $1.95! If you get a coupon from your Kroger receipt or Val-Pak, it's $1.75 per garment! I've been to dry cleaners that charge triple that amount! Any size comforter is $20! Not bad!! In by 10, out by 5! You can't beat that! You pre-pay, so pick up is a breeze. So how's the service and quality you may ask... I've always been im-"pressed"... service with a smile and fresh duds! Regency is just the ticket for your clothing needs, and with prices that won't take you to the cleaners. Now to air the dirty laundry... Minus one star for the place being untidy... they clean your clothes, now they just need to give the shop a spruce!

My first visit I needed measurements for a Sari and while some places charge for this service they offered to do this for free for me. The staff is always friendly and learned my name after only a few visits. I am short so every pair of pants I buy needs alterations and every time they have come out perfect. While this place may be on the higher end price wise I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", and the Village Clears place has never disappointed.

They either don't have a smell or a slight scent of a cleaner used to mask an uncleaned garment.

I wore them with the exact shoes they were measured with and I did not wash or wear any of the pants. I brought all five pants back in the store and spoke with the owner directly, telling her that all five pants were too long and they were dragging on the ground. I asked if I could try them on and show her. She said that if the pants were too long, then it must be because I wanted them to be long. I said, "No, you have hemmed many of my pants and you know I do not like them that long." I asked again if I could try them on and show her. She said "No, it doesn't matter. I don't make mistakes. YOU must be the problem." She refused to even look at the pants, so I left. BEWARE! I have taken my alterations to Shockoe Bottom Cleaners with a total of ~15 pairs of pants to be hemmed over the past 18 months. I chose them because they are close to work. I have never had a problem with them prior to this week - they are usually very nice, as I am a regular. I feel a true measure of a store's integrity is how they view customer service and if/how they try to please their customer. I am a regular (they know me by face) and they still refused to treat me with respect. It is a shame because now they have lost me as a customer. (I cannot speak on behalf of their dry cleaning services, although they seem reliable.)

It's clean there's not a lot bs going on inside. The dryers are in working order. There's always an employee there to assist you. They have products that you can purchase if you need to. Also, they have their own card so you can a use the machines. But if you don't have a card they have a card for you to use. It's a really nice clean laundromat and I would definitely recommend.

It's now been gutted out and we haven't been able to wash clothes since before Christmas, so of course we had to head to the laundromat. This is the closest one to where we live. It is really clean! The staff are constantly working, cleaning the machines cleaning the floors dumping out the trash etc. They have plenty of laundry carts to move your laundry from washer to dryer and then from dryer to folding tables. There are two bathrooms to change machines and a bill to Bill exchange machine. They even have two vending machines, one of snacks and one of sodas. There is another machine close to the front door that has a variety of different drinks and you take what you want and go to the office which is located in the back of the laundromat near the bathrooms to pay for what you got there a hand written signs around. They also offer a wash in food service and you pay by the pound. Their website says $1.40/lb. There are 2 tv's. The staff were very friendly. And I get that but then again damn what that what that what is a good but good one to pet you a good dog The washing machines range in size and price. Some of the machines are $2.75 and more for smaller loads. The next size up are $3.25 but if you changed it from light soiled to medium soiled then it was $4.00. I think the highest I paid for one of the machines was one of the bigger ones on the end of one of the islands and it was $5.00. The dryers are 0.25 cents for six minutes. Of course they have the standard vending machine if you forgot your soap & dryer sheets. Like I said, the staff were always cleaning, wiping down and sanitizing the tops of the machines, the handles and all the buttons on the front. Mopping the floors, I even saw them scrubbing the area where you put the soap and softener into the washers. Great place I'd come back for sure.
