A Mastercraftsmen level contractor comes out and pours sugar in your ear. The crew comes out and does "the best they can". If you're dissatisfied well, we can fix it for more money. Oh, what's that, you want to talk to a complaints department, we don't have one of those. We can send someone out to tell you you need to pay more money to get it right though. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you do get every detail in writing, including the fact that you want your floor to be level at the end. Also, that's not a free inspection in the sense that you pay for it if you have the work done. My free estimate came with a $876.38 "Engineering A" fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
