Don't waste your money. Go with Emler instead. They're more expensive, but way better.

OMG words cannot even express how amazing Dallas Swim is! I searched for an adult swim class and…read morethank God I found this one. I signed up for the 6 session swim class in hopes of learning how to swim at a decent level. Today was my last class & I can honestly tell you that I feel like a professional swimmer now. This class was just awesome, John is THE BEST instructor ever. I came in not even knowing how to simply float and on the first session I left knowing how to float, and swim. During each session we built up our skills and John was just so patient with us & allowed us to learn at our own pace. I can freestyle swim, backwards float, swim under water, use fins, the hand tools, I love to swim now. If you are hesitant or going back and forth on deciding to take a class SIGN UP FOR DALLAS SWIM, trust me I did not know how to float or anything and I can swim amazing now. Thank you so much John I am forever grateful & I look forward to joining your workout classes soon!

Coach Thorburn was amazing. He was kind and patient. I couldn't believe that he didn't get in the water with me, but was able to tell me what to do in a way that I understood. I never felt inept. He made me feel hopeful by smiling and reminding me that I was capable. Before leaving, I had tears in my eyes because I was so excited that I finally felt like I'm going to learn to swim. I went for an assessment, but I will be going back for full lessons. Learning with Coach Thorburn is worth every penny!

Went for the first time in a while today. Had a great workout, love the new Precor treadmills! So…read moresmooth and cushiony. My achy knees appreciate it. Couldn't workout as hard or as long as I wanted with the mask on, but I appreciate feeling safer and that you're still open 24 hours. HOWEVER, I was so bummed to find the Cybex Arc Trainers were taken out and replaced with MORE Precor ellipticals. Why? That's my favorite machine and I specifically go to this PF because you had the arc trainers with the stationary handles. Please bring them back....even if it's just a couple, please!!!! Anyway, I still love working out here, it's clean, staff is polite, and happy with the new treadmills, but please bring back the Arc trainers.

First let me say I genuinely do not like to complain or leave negative feedback…read more I am much more enjoy telling people when they do good and leaving positive feedback. With this being said I need to leave some concerning feedback about my first experience with this location. At approximately 5:30 Am I was taking a shower and a couple minutes after I move from the shower stall to the changing stall I heard what I assumed was a employee rolling a cleaning cart in the shower area, 3-4 minutes later when I exited the changing stall took 2 steps and he was so close to my stall I nearly bumped into the employee and the cart he rolled in to what I assumed to do some cleaning when I noticed he was actively using his cell phone. He was on his cell phone less than 4 feet from the changing stall I just exited. I walked past him and proceeded to grab my things from my locker and started to change but when I looked over he was still on his cell phone. I then confronted him and asked what he was doing on his cell phone in a shower stall. He said he was texting his coworker. I told him it was really weird for him to be on his cell phone in the shower area and he just said oh, I'm texting my coworker. About 2 minutes later he rolled his cart outside without doing any cleaning or any work whatsoever. ? What??? I don't understand. Why was he even in the shower area if he wasn't going to do any work? I see lots of policies in regards to members and their cell phone use. I would assume that these policies apply to employees? It doesn't seem unreasonable to not allow employees to actively use their cell phones in the locker room, bathroom or shower area. To be honest there should be no reason they use their cell phones whatsoever anywhere in the gym. This was a very very uncomfortable situation. Again, I really hate spending my time complaining, but I strongly feel this situation needs to be addressed. I looked everywhere on Planet Fitness website to try to send a message directly to management, but was unable to find any "contact us" tab so I'm leaving this review in hope this matter will get urgent attention. I'm not looking for any compensation or any empty apologies. I feel like any member of Planet Fitness would agree employees should not be on their phones in the bathroom, locker room, or shower area ever for any purpose. I look forward to your reply to this unfortunate matter. Thanks.
