We had 2 dive tours reserved for may 2020. When I emailed about cancelation policy (which was 24 hours, this was in March) I was told no refunds. They had changed their policy. Thats all good but when you buy your tour you should get the policy you were given then. I was told they were not refunding to keep business on their island. This makes no sence. We were planning on spending over $1000 with them. They are being very petty and providing terrible customer service. We would never have cancelled if it werent that we had to due to the Covid 19. I wouldve loved to spend my money with this small island business but now I just have a bad taste in my mouth. You CAN NOT treat people this way!
