APVisions is AMAZING! Anyone saying otherwise is just looking for something to complain about. I've experienced them in multiple settings now, and every single experience has been top tier. My son plays T-Ball and APVisions handled the photography. Honestly, it was one of the most organized and smooth picture days I've ever seen. Everything was structured, efficient, and they paid attention to every little detail. I'm also an Assistant Director at a childcare center, and working with Angela and her team was such a great experience. Communication was clear, professional, and full of positive energy from the start. They came in, set up quickly, and were ready to go. What stood out the most was how patient and attentive they were with every child. They truly went above and beyond to make sure each child got the best photo possible, even retrying photos multiple times when needed. You can tell Angela genuinely cares about the families and businesses she works with. Communication and customer experience clearly matter to her and her team. 0 stars Basically they're a scam - overcharge parents for sub-standard photos with not enough basic courtesy to cancel accidentally placed orders. I wish our daycare didn't work with them. I had purchased a photo for my child ahead of time and yet they flooded me with misleading emails about purchasing more photos and I accidentally placed a second order for the same picture. Even though within 24 hours I called them up to cancel the order, they refused to do so - the order wasn't even shipped yet. Never ever using this service again. read more

Let's start with the important part - their actual photos don't look good. Like, woof! This year their prices have skyrocketed too. The photoshopped team photos are a joke. The photos could be so much better if they would shoot outside on the field in natural light. Whomever does the soccer photos has figured out how to do that but these lazy people have not. I hope our league decides to move to another photographer next season as I really struggle to hit the purchase button and give this company any of my money as they clearly do not give a $#!t about what they do. Let me start by saying the photos always look great! Whether its a standard photo, sport cards, plaques, keychains or anything else, they always look amazing. But it's the impeccable service, timeliness of there responses, and their wonderful onsite work with the kids that really separates APVisions. I think there have been 1 or 2 issues with the photos or packages in prior seasons, and each time the APVisions team has owned the issues and resolved them quickly and painlessly. My basketball team has taken year-end pictures with APVisions for the last 5 years and it's been such a seemless, thoughtful experience we plan on returning for the next 10! read more

Every year we have some awful experience were they mess up our order, our billing or this year they just lost the images for a buddy photo we paid for. After emailing them, they took no responsibility for the error, refused to provide a partial refund and were just overall extremely unprofessional and rude. read more

They do not fulfill what you pay for. They do not offer what is advertised in promotions for actual photos. They blame the lab(their lab)for autofilling orders and state that they have no control. If the school didn't use them I wouldn't patronize them. read more

I selected the same background for both my daughter and my son, yet my son's photo came back with a completely different background. When I reached out for assistance, I was told I'd have to pay again to correct it -- which is completely unfair. I'm absolutely certain I chose the same background for both orders, so this appears to be a system or processing error on their part. Rather than taking responsibility and fixing the issue, they refused to help unless I paid more. It's frustrating that our school continues to use this vendor, especially after seeing so many other negative reviews and similar complaints. Good luck getting your order! The second time, the schools say order online and will be sent home with your child. Some years ago, No photos arrive and then I call, said no we ship to your home. They repeat correct address and it never arrives. Multiple calls and time wasted. NOTHING. NEVER GOT MY ORDER!!!!!!!!! This year, same nonsense and run around. Lady on the phone is RUDE and insists I entered my zip code in wrong repeatedly. I didn't and I have to pay $12 to have reprinted and remailed. The lad on the phone points out it was back in August and it's not October. She repeatedly said I had to have entered in my zip code wrong, to the point where I told her I told I heard her the first time and wasn't arguing with her. When I said I'm surprised the payment went through with the wrong zip code and billing information, she said her company goes through a service for payments and does process it themselves. Just a rude snarky and annoyed tone, no niceness or apology or even taking any responsibility!!!!!!! If I don't receive my photos paid for I will TRY to contest with my bank. This company is so unprofessional and I'm surprised they are still in business. I explained that we had received an 8x10 piece of black piece of photo paper as our photos that we paid for. And they said we did order that one and pay but another year we never ordered so that's why we didn't get those which is probably wrong. This is our third year of buying softball photos and never receiving a single one. They said they were happy to help if I wanted to buy them again. The right thing to do would have been to at least refund me or send me the photos I paid for the one year they have record for so I'm not stuck with the black piece of photo paper in the photo envelope they sent me. read more

Having worked with this photographer on a couple of occasions for Little League, I wasn't sure what to expect for Preschool photography. (Baseball portraits are pretty straightforward and don't really vary from year to year). I have to say I was completely blown away by their work! My 3 year old was in a sour mood when I dropped her off at preschool on photo day due to the fact that she was unable to pick the outfit of her choice. I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to get any nice smiles out of her. To my utter surprise, the photos turned out incredibly well and they were able to capture some happy smiles! Furthermore, the digital downloads were in my email the same day (about 8 hours after they were taken). I accidentally downloaded the same photo twice because it didn't show up in my camera roll the first time and she told me I downloaded a different photo instead and could pay $14 for additional digital prints, assuring me that her system was accurate and my camera roll was not. It's a shame because the people I've met at both of my kids schools have been great, but their photos are so overpriced and like I said, customer service is non-existent. read more

We have our school picture with AP Visions. We missed original picture day because we were out of town. We missed the made up picture day because of a dental appointment. I emailed them and asked how we could get pic done. They replied me in a few mins saying I could bring my child to their home office if I'm interested. We did and it went well. Later I had a problem with the digital download and emailed them again. They fixed it in a few mins. Great customer service. Very happy with their work. read more

This place is horrendous, it's unfortunate my kids school has to pick them for their school photos. Pictures turned out meh and are completely overpriced. Their special cheapest "discounted" package was $28 includes one class photo, 2 wallet, 2 3.5x5, 1 LOW resolution digital print, plus their GENEROUS 30 backgrounds for prints only. Their kicker is you have 5 days to order otherwise it's a la carte, and it's not told anywhere the time frame you have. Not even a week. When emailed to ask about the availability of their "discount" packages on day 6, it's a mere please order from our a la aka $26 for 8 wallets or 4 3.5x5. No thank you. And they have the balls to advertise family portrait to the school. This business capitalizes on opportunity to rip their customers off, could care less about customer service or product they charge an arm and leg for. read more

I was accused of not looking hard enough for the photo I paid for that they never took! Photos are ridiculously overpriced for average quality. School pic retake misinformation that will cost me time and money. The first school pic was terrible. My sons collar was folded in and his eyes were practically closed. I called immediately after getting an email with a download link. I was told since I want a retake pic the link would be taken down and my son should receive an empty envelope instead of the pictures I'm declining. My son ended up bringing home an envelope with pictures. I put it aside since I wasn't sure what to do with them. After seeing an email with his new picture and no link I called the company. I was told I would be sent the link but since I did not return the printed pics on re-take day I would have to either mail them back or drop them off. I was told it would cost me $10 for shipping the retake pics to my house since all the retakes were already mailed to the school. Ugh!!! Oh don't click on the picture link if you don't want the picture. Otherwise there's an additional fee. Luckily I did not. read more

It's so full of spelling and grammar errors, it looks like it was written by the same Nigerian prince who's holding all that money for me. They sent us a link to a page that was supposed to be customized for our school, and it has the name of a neighboring school as well as incorrect dates (including the wrong year!). This company did Fall Photos at my Daughter's school. I ordered a small package, but the pictures turned out soooo good, that I wanted to order more. They gave a print out with a 15% discount to order more online. So, I did just that... I noticed that the headquarters was in close proximity to where I work, so I emailed the Customer Support contact that was in the insert I got with the pictures I ordered. I contacted the APVisions at night to see if I could possibly get them sooner by having them sent to their home office, instead of my home, and a Representative got back to me within minutes. We chatted back and fourth about how to arrange the pick up. I feel like that was the best Customer Service I have had-EVER- especially all through email! I worked with Angela, and she was great!!! Hadn't heard of this company before, but I highly recommend them!!! read more

I've ordered my kids' 5th grade graduation photos and it took them FOREVER to ship. I've been waiting over 3 weeks and still nothing. I already paid!!! They kept telling me that it will take 3 weeks and I'm losing my patience. I've waited 3 damn weeks. Still have not received anything. I don't know why the school picked this place to do graduation photos! The customer service is not helpful either. No one answered the damn phone and I had to communicate with them via email. As soon as I said I want my money back, they "magically" processed my order and blamed it on the school that the school told them to hold the orders. LIKE WTF? I contacted the school and the school has no idea why. So that means they are lying. Worse company ever. If I can give 0 star, I would! FOR ALL SCHOOLS THAT PLAN TO USE APVISIONS PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE FUTURE, DON'T. YOU WILL RECEIVE A LOT OF ANGRY PARENTS CALLING THE SCHOOL TO COMPLAIN! DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY JUST TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS! We had great experience with the first two years, however, the most recent experience was disappointing. We ordered digital download costing $70 and received 9 downloads with the wrong background and child in cap and gown, which was not what I ordered. Customer service is not helpful and borderline rude. When asked what went wrong with the order, they were not willing to look into the issue and did not offer an apology for their mistake. read more

They came to my children's daycare. They had an option for a sibling picture if you chose a package, which based on their form the class picture I had selected was considered a package. When it was time for my 8 month old and 3 year old to take their sibling picture, they told me that the package was a typo and that they would need more $$ from me. They said it pretty loudly in front of other teachers and parents, which made me embarrassed. I had already written a check and did not want additional prints other than what I selected, therefore we had to forego the sibling photo. There was no apology or anything. Needless to say I had a very upset 3 year old. All of this before I had to go into work myself. Take your money elsewhere! read more

Angela was the photographer at my wedding on 7-26. The photo's are Amazing. I really can't decide which to purchase. I want every one of them. Angela will put you at ease, and it will reflect in your photo's. The pictures she took reflected the bridal party and guests as they really are. There is no tension in anyone's face, and I really think that Angela's energy / attitude / constant smile had a lot to do with it. I've been to weddings where the Photographer was pretty much in the way, and controlling. This is certainly not Angela. You would have thought she was one of the guests. Yet, she did work with the caters and the band to make sure every detail was worked out. I'm emotional and loving and concerned about everyone around me. I become tense when I'm nervous and when there is tension in the air. There was none of that on my special day. I'm so grateful for this photographer. I knew in an instant when I met her that I wouldn't feel ill at ease, and I am so glad I went with my instinct. Angela has the best spiritual and physical energy of any of the photographers I've met. Her gallery shots will prove how creative she is. She has the patience of a saint, is fabulous with Children, misbehaving pets, and adults who are running late. She does it all with grace and humor and does not break her smile through out the day. In fact, my guests took pictures of Angela throughout the day. She's either smiling, waving at the camera, or busy at work in these photos. You won't be disappointed. read more

APVisions Photography handled our sons' pre-school pictures this year and we count ourselves so lucky! Angela was able to get smiles out of BOTH boys (a huge feat) and they are the most adorable school photos. I mean, how often do you see good school photos?!!! Hardly ever! I went in with low expectations as the photographer who handled the year prior produced such dismal results and so I ordered the smallest package this year and we were so pleased i just RE-ORDERED more! Angela and her team are not only spectacular photographers who have a great way with kids, but Angela obviously takes pride in what she does and she cares and it shows! She offers a great touch-up add-on for a very small fee and made the boys look like there are no scrapes. :-) She also called me the evening of the school photo shoot to clarify order details to ensure we received exactly what we were hoping for. APVisions goes above and beyond with their great customer service AND they produce amazing work! Would highly recommend APVisionsand hope that we can work with her again in the future! read more
