I like my doctor at Sutter, but it takes months to see her. Here, I got an appt within 2 weeks. They ordered the expected labs, and I really liked the whole experience. I knew I was pre type 2 diabetic, but my a1c number was fine, which previous to Sutter, Kaiser never looked at. They only ever looked at that day's mg/L or whatever the units are, the one that's supposed to be less than 100. I also have borderline high blood pressure, but they had measured it a few times here, and I had some previous numbers I showed him too. All good, don't need to be on medication. I had Mathew Felix. Not on purpose, but I asked him about a whole bunch of stuff, and from his answers, he was not only quite knowledgeable, but I could tell he still reads about all this to stay up to date. That is AWESOME! So this Urgent Care and Matthew is my new personal care physician.

was never a fan of pamf going back to my medical assistant days. redwood clinic was much better. 40…read moreyears later i found myself with a choice between sutter and kaiser...no way was i going with kaiser. i find pamf to be hit or miss. my pcp seems pretty good (dr stephanie wong, the family doc)...and i like the full service old fashioned "clinic" services (lab and xray on site with walk in available, better than lapcorps or quest). the two cardiologists are see (dr bhambani and dr brondt) are absolute gold - highly recommend them. the docs i've seen at urgent care also very good... then there's the not so good. pt was atrocious - sees you in an open gym-like space, appointments not available for weeks on end (my knee got better before i could see them) and very bad communication (i was supposed to come in shorts, but no one told me that). the sleep "doctor" (an osteopath not an md) fan mo was horrible. didn't listen. ultimately her position was 'you're fat and old' and had nothing to offer me except YOUTUBE videos for cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. (can you imagine what she'd have said if i told her i got my medical advice from a youtube video!! *sigh*) unfortunately the state of healthcare in the u.s. is absolutely atrocious and i'm stuck with pamf for the foreseeable future.

Since it's so hard to find my veins, I have to depend on the infusion clinic to help me out. The nurses here are so nice. They take really good care of you. It took four attempts this time. I was happy they were able to get the IV in so that my husband could drive over to the MRI imaging building next door.

Prescribed 2 medications . The meds were amazing and eliminated 75% of the throbbing pain. What i noticed, was everyone is so friendly and pleasant to talk to. They speak slow and clear and very patient and polite. There is a nice garden on the first level. I think i have to visit all the departments. Since i haven't seen a doctor after my PCP retired last year. So hard to find a doctor who will accept new patients. I definitely recommend Sutter Health in Mountain View. I was assigned to Sunnyvale for my new PCP. Was told it is just as nice there, just smaller. So if you need urgent care, check out this location

They offered to have a nurse run some tests, which was a bit concerning enough for them to have a provider see me. When I saw them, the doctor was very concerned with my symptoms especially after they learned that I had a bad lung infection last year that sent me to the hospital. They ended up checking vitals and breathing patterns and later recommended a few antibiotics and a couple of new inhalers to help and told me that if things don't get better, to make sure to come back. The whole process from start to finish wasn't too long, but I was told the place was closed because of some weird scheduling thing? Overall, I'm happy with my visit tonight. I'm also glad my insurance was able to cover my visit as well. All the staff here were very helpful and kind and got me out the door in a small amount of time. I can't…read moretell you how amazing it feels to be able to get the care I need without the hassle of going to urgent care of the hospital or needing to wait days or even weeks to get seen. I love one medical and would recommend them to everybody!! It's a one stop shop with a lab to get your blood works done as well. I also like that you can book an appointment with someone virtually or in person or at another location if your primary doctor does not have available time slots. Plus, walking through the doors at the Sunnyvale location is like walking into a spa. Thank you folks at one medical for all your attention to detail and the care you provide to your patients!

Just about a week ago I was feeling miserable at work. Knew I was coming down with a respiratory virus again. No other symptoms. I work in the a pediatrics department and already knew the kiddos walking in with pneumonia, Nora virus, flu A and B, strep and many others. Just another bug. Made an urgent care appointment and NP, Nathan Randall was the sweetest. I told him during Christmas I got hit with another viral infection and went to another Carbon location which was not friendly to me. Didn't swab me or look in my mouth or nose and just prescribed me meds. Mr. Nathan did all the right things to figure out what's causing me all this discomfort. Said my throat was filled with cobblestones. Nasal drip got my throat inflamed and recommended me to take a cough suppressant, nasal spray and lozenges plus antihistamine. He listened to me and gave me relief. In 7 days was a very important event my daughter has so it was crucial I get better. I thank him so much.

I have not been to them for about a year, and somehow they scheduled a random appointment for me and charged me a no-show fee, even though I was never aware of the appointment. When I asked for a refund, they refused to help me. Trying to get a hold of the manager is impossible. I keep getting told I will receive a call back, but I never do. I don't understand why they won't issue a refund for a mistake they made. They have been giving me the runaround for a whole month, and the issue is still not resolved.
