I will take it to a cleaners because how expensive it is. When I went to pick up my coat, I didn't wear until the next day, I noticed that my fur off my hood was coming off. I checked the zipper on my hood. It was broken. I went back to the establishment and told the shopkeeper that my zipper was broken. The shopkeeper told me that it's no fault of theirs. I told the shopkeeper it definitely wasn't my fault. My zipper was not broken before I brought my coat to them. I also stated how I take care of my expensive items. There's no way that anything was wrong with it. It was fine before I brought it there. The shopkeeper refuses to fix the problem. He wanted me to pay. I am not at fault. For example, I dropped off a pillow that the zipper needed fixing and the guy said no problem, they'll fix it. And they did! When I came with another pillow (the same design, just its twin with the same problem), the lady said it was impossible to fix. When I said that she already fixed the twin pillow, that's when she finally accepted it. Now when I'm asking to her do some alterations on three shirts, she said she "wasn't professional enough" to accept them. She gives explanations like "too hard" or "too much work" and I'm left feeling like she just doesn't want my business. It's unfortunate since she is my neighborhood cleaners and tailor.
