The turkey neck was cooked really well I just think because it was a bit of a smoked turkey. It had a bit more salt inside which I didn't mind because I'm not a big salt eater to begin with. The potato salad balanced out the saltines of the turkey neck, but my favorite thing was the cake. Once i opened It... it smelled honestly like childhood. It was moist. This man dodged calls and texts for weeks until finally paying us back SOME of what was owed to us but now is refusing to give back our deposit. Remind you he canceled on us less than 24 hours before the event. Kelvin now made over 200 dollars on canceling an event. This is wrong and unfair.
