Within the 15 years I have never had to give anyone CPR I guess I should be happy because until today I never felt confident with what I was doing. The class was small and gave me one on one interaction with the trainer. They answered every question I could think of and also cared enough to go over the answers I got wrong Just so they know that I really knew everything. Thank You Enterprising CPR. The class and video information were helpful and the instructor, Angela was knowledgeable and gave tips on how to remember information for the exam. My Saturday morning class was small (only 3 of us), which gave time to ask questions if needed. My card was printed on the same day, (immediately after the exam was taken) and I was on my way in less than three hours! If you have questions, email is the best way to get a quick response. She was unable to explain her process of payment without being rude and disrespectful when I told her that I do not pay by paypal. My intention was to ask for another method of payment but she was so unprofessional that I cancelled the appointment. There are too many places to choose so no one has to deal with unprofessional behavior. I can actually do my CPR for free at work but I was willing to pay $70 for convenience of location.
