My appointment was for 2:20 per her text that she sent that morning asking me to confirm a 2:20 time. I live 16 minutes away. It was sleeting and I damn near had a wreck getting there but still arrived at 2:19. I get out and go to the door and it's locked and nobody is there. I texted her after she sent this whole spill about how she likes to make sure people are really coming before she fired up there that I have 2 businesses and would never leave my clients waiting. She then called me with an attitude and said I'm giving her a hard time and not being understanding. She was really upset about me telling her that I had a business. She kept saying with an attitude " I dont care that you have a business" and she then stated I was trying to tell her how to run her business. She kept saying that over and over and It was honestly like she was jealous that I said that I have an Airbnb. It was very weird ! I'm not sure what I should have understood from this?? That you're sitting home instead of being at your shop during business hours?? She basically wants you to let her know you're on your way so that you will have to wait on her instead of her waiting on you which is totally unprofessional and wrong. She took no accountability at all, didn't apologize was extremely argumentative and she claims she got there at 2:40 but I know she's lying! She took a picture of her in truck parked in front of her shop and it was after 3pm. This woman texted me back and forth arguing for over 30 minutes. She then tried to tell me my appointment was for 2:30 though her confirmation text clearly states 2:20. She was very late and did not apologize not one time she just kept going on and on about how I mentioned that I have a business and an Airbnb and that I was trying to tell her how to run her business. It's truly sad to be treated so bad and to be blamed for the horrible treatment like I did it to myself. Absolutely no accountability was taken. As you can see from the screenshots at 3:06 she was still driving and didn't arrive until 3:13 pm almost an hour after my appointment time. She basically just lied the whole time. When she called she was so rude that I told her I was leaving a review EVERYWHERE that I could about this horrible and unprofessional experience!!

The thickest ive ever had and I even went through a phase of trying to learn how to do my own. None of the nail shapes match and are SO tacky that every person in my immediate family has pointed out asking where I went and if I paid full price for them. ON TOP of that. When I went to pay, I had my husbands card. It declined the first time when I had added a tip ( yes I will still tip, like I said I felt TERRIBLE that an old shaky man was painting my toes, sue me. ) anyway the card wasn't turned in yet so it declined. Well at that point I had already Texted my husband asking him to turn it on. But had decided I was going to tip in cash, that way I could give it all to the man doing my toes. The lady doing my nails stopped the man from going to grab the older gentlemen ( bc I had said to the man taking my money that I wanted to give it to the older man directly ) she stopped him and had him run my card again. He set it up and after reviewing the charge when we got home, he ALSO added a tip ( the button you click yourself at checkout on the card readers where you can add a 10,15,20% tip ) he added a tip before taking my money. So they got a tip on my card and in cash without me realizing until later.
