Jamie graciously and easily continued my treatment (haha, awesome) into what is called the "Customized Skin Treatment.' Heaven the whole time...I'm still sighing from it. Before I left, I purchased some of the products she used from a line called "Dermalogica" and have been using them every since I left. My skin continues to feel silky and healthy. Groundmasters recently attempted to plant a tree at my home in Topsfield. After several delays they…read morefinally arrived (the tree now half dead and full of beetles) they dug test holes after cutting away the sod. My wife was informed that the location we had selected had a sprinkler line running through that area. They tried a second location, again cutting sod away and reported the same issue. They also said we had an irrigation line with a crack in it. We agreed to get back to them with a new location. I contacted our landscaper and they dispatched a service tech to investigate the broken line which was just 9 months old. They reported that there was no issue after cutting away a section of sod. The next day my landscaper arrived and planted the tree in the first location we had selected. There was no sprinkler lines in that area and the installation went smoothly. I had also requested 2 estimates from Groundmasters and only received one. They insisted that I was mailed 2. I did have 2 ... of the same estimate. I received a bill from my landscaper for $180 to cover the service call for the unbroken line, the repair of the sod that Groundmasters had damaged and the planting, feeding and mulching of the new tree. I was willing to let it go. I let Groundmasters know that I had my landscaper plant the tree in the original location and, oh, by the way, there was no damage to our sprinkler lines. Two weeks later I received a bill from Groundmasters for $65 for the attempted installation of the tree. I called and questioned the invoice and was told the invoice still stood. I own my own business, and my employees are not always perfect, nor are the parts always perfect. From time to time I understand I cannot charge a customer. I mean I run my business the way I would want to be treated (pretty easy recipe). How this owner doesn't realize this is one of those times is beyond me. Especially, when he just provided an estimate which had the potential of a $4,000 contract for his business. I'm sure they do some things right ... and maybe I'm just an exception ... maybe.

Soon after my fall clean-up, we had several days of heavy rain and gusty winds. My yard was a mess. With the holidays approaching, I contacted my landscaper and tried to schedule an additional clean-up. No luck. I was desperate and did not know what to do. Luckily, I came across a story about GroundMasters featured in the Boston Voyager magazine, The story was compelling. I decided to give them a call. I was thrilled when they told me that they would fit me in! Though they are located on the North Shore, they were doing some work at the Franklin Park Zoo and would be in the area. They did a great job at a very reasonable price! When I got home, the yard, walkway, driveway, and pool area were free of every last leaf. I live behind a cemetery so I have to say...there were plenty of leaves to remove. Not only did they clear the area, they trimmed branches from trees and shrubs damaged from the stormy weather, edged the grass, cut back my hostas, and cleaned the flower beds that my landscaper had missed! The bill they sent me was exactly what we had agreed upon for the clean-up. I was not charged for the pruning that they did. The workers are in uniform, polite, professional and they left the area spotless. My next step is going to be to ask them when they are coming back to my area. I am signing up now for the spring!

But she has different lengths and thicknesses, and can customize to your taste. Plus Becky is hands down one of the kindest, sweetest people you will ever meet, and her application is neat, clean and exactly what you'd want from someone coming at your eyeballs with tweezers and glue.
