They have plenty of opened product in the store that is available for you to try out and this helps a lot with deciding whether what you're looking at is something you want to go ahead and purchase. Plenty of mirrors around and they have several stations with makeup removers, cotton puffs, disposable mascara wands and other implements that you can use to try on their cosmetics. The salesclerks here are all very helpful in answering questions and helping you locate the products you want and they will let you shop at your own pace without making you feel obligated to buy anything. If you try out a skincare product in the store and your still not sure whether or not you like it enough to buy it they will make up a little container for you to take home and try which really helps if you want to see how well something really works after using it a couple of times. They keep the store very well stocked and I've never been unable to find what I came for. During the last summer, I got a pedicure at Skin Solutions and I could not have been happier. Every other time that I have had a pedicure, it was at one of those malls places with the Korean men/woman who do not speak english and it is always a little uncomfortable. The woman (which for the life of me, I cannot remember her name) had most of the same interests that I do (working on cars, etc.) and we slipped into an easy conversation. I even had a new issue of Cottage Living if she left the room!! I did not see them clean the foot bath, which was a little bit of a disappointment. And in hind sight, I should have asked them to clean it in front of me. The pedicure itself last for about an hour and a half, including a foot massage, several gooey things applied and washed off, a foot mask (wow), and super tasty smelling lotion applied to my feet. I wish that my feet would have dried a little faster as they were a little slippery when I left. Otherwise, the pedicure itself was a fine experience. As for Skin Solutions as a business, I do appreciate their weekly emails with available appointments and info for monthly specials. I also received a certificate for a free massage/facial, which I did not get to use before it expired, but it was nice to receive. They also had a contest not so long ago that you were able to enter a friend/coworker/etc. into and they would win something.
