And I didn't actually see a doctor there, but rather a physicians assistant and I felt like I knew more about hypothyroidism than she did. I knew it was time for a change! I called Dr. Tirumalasetty's office and they were able to get me in the same day. I brought my previous lab results with me. Dr. Tirumalasetty spent a good amount of time going through all of the lab results and asked me which TSH I felt best at. She prescribed me a higher dosage of thyroid hormones than my old endocrinologist would even consider. Leaving her office, I felt such relief that I found a doctor who will listen to me and do what's best for my body. She even scheduled my follow up appointment herself! I will be recommending her to anyone who needs an endocrinologist in the future.

I have been suffering from Hashimoto's since I was 16, and I have been to many regular doctors that…read moreonly gave me synthroid, and it would not remove any of the symptoms I was feeling. I was still lethargic, moody, had constant brain fog, etc. I may not be overweight, I just ate regular food. One doc from the mayo clinic had prescribed me the wrong dosage of medicine and I was off the rails, depressed, extreme moodiness, etc. After that I was done with regular doctors, I found Dr. Sarah and yes at that time I didn't have insurance and labs were expensive through the regular companies ($1k); cheaper through Natural Med Doc(~$325). I did the elimination diet, I got back into working out and one day I had absolute clarity for the first time in years. I could think, I could remember, I had energy; and I cried because of that moment. I have been with Dr. Sarah since 2019 and am slowing lower my need for medication. I believe I can be cured even though I got the death speech multiple times back with regular doctors, Of course Dr. Sarah really helped but it's on me to prioritize my health, my future. The body is an amazing thing, you can heal (you got to believe it) and be diligent about it, or you can be a victim and whine about it and never be healed. Your choice.

For context, I am not overweight, I am on a gluten free, natural food diet, and workout. They claimed to be able to help, but took the exact method that I've seen from every other doctor. Even a primary could take. Put me on thyroid medication and then did expensive. Blood draws every 3 to 6 months. The difference was an expensive on front payment with no proof of work and then nickel and diming everything they possibly could on going. If you are addressing a chronic Health problem, I would definitely not go to this Clinic. If you are overweight and would just like to pay expensive fees for blood draws and a general Health coach then I guess this is your place.

I had an us-guided thyroid biopsy at the clinic, and the doctor cut into her lunch hour to do the procedure rather than have me come back another day. The office is clean and inviting, and the ladies at the front desk are a hoot. I have had no issues with scheduling or billing, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone in need of an endocrinologist. I paid cash upfront for an IVF cycle, but before beginning IVF, I unexpectedly became pregnant and the IVF treatment was never performed. I requested a refund of the money I paid for IVF, but the clinic is currently holding those funds because they are waiting to see what my insurance will pay toward separate unrelated pregnancy ultrasounds and appointments. In other words, they are holding money for a treatment I did not receive because I am a still being seen as a patient and could owe them money for balances that insurance does not cover. I completely understand that insurance claims can take time to process. However, I don't understand why money that I paid upfront for an IVF treatment that never occurred is being held while unrelated insurance claims are being processed. I expected much better communication and transparency, especially regarding a significant amount of money. While my experience with my provider and their staff has been amazing I cannot recommend this clinic as they will hold thousands of dollars and refuse to return your money in any timely manner. At this point I have been requesting and following up on this refund for over a month with no end in sight.

I'm typically in and out within 30 minutes, which is almost unheard of at a doctor's office these days! I love the convenience of checking in through the Healow app and paying my copay online before arriving. It makes the entire process much smoother. This time, the receptionist had me sign in using the traditional pen-and-paper method, but it wasn't a big deal. I've noticed that the front desk staff can get overwhelmed at times, but they've always been friendly during my visits. I truly believe that the way you treat people often determines how they treat you in return. A little kindness and patience go a long way, especially when dealing with busy medical offices! After sitting in the waiting room for approximately two minutes, I was called back to be weighed. The medical assistant went through the usual questions, checked my blood pressure, and measured my oxygen level. Everything moved along quickly without feeling rushed. Dr. Panday came in with an intern and took the time to listen to all my concerns. She was attentive, professional, and offered some new recommendations to help with my ongoing care. I appreciate having a doctor who listens rather than making you feel like you're just another appointment on the schedule. I'll be returning in three months for my next follow-up, and I'm happy to continue my care with Dr. Panday. Overall, I appreciate the efficiency, professionalism, and quality of care I consistently receive. It's refreshing to visit a medical office where your time is respected and your concerns are heard. I definitely recommend Dr. Panday!
