The female was like a monkey getting inside the largest tree eliminating all the dead wood. They spent hours pruning the three trees and checked with me to make sure that I was satisfied. I called to book an appointment with one of their experts. They scheduled a week out to a Thursday. On the Tuesday, they wanted to reschedule to the Wednesday. When Wednesday came, no one showed up. I called the following day to find out what happened. The lady took my name and number and said she will find out why the arborist didn't show up and that she will contact me. She never did, even when I called for a follow up on the Friday and left a voicemail. I don't recommend calling them, it will be a waste of your time.
