The female was like a monkey getting inside the largest tree eliminating all the dead wood. They spent hours pruning the three trees and checked with me to make sure that I was satisfied. I suggested that a couple of branches could be cut back on one tree and this was done without question. All three trees were pruned to perfection. Very pleased. I called the following day to find out what happened. The lady took my name and number and said she will find out why the arborist didn't show up and that she will contact me. She never did, even when I called for a follow up on the Friday and left a voicemail. I don't recommend calling them, it will be a waste of your time.
