Our tractor couldn't deal with the snow and call after call we couldn't find anyone to help! Enter Ben!! He was absolutely amazing. Very responsive to start. Gave clear info on price (a really good deal!) and when he could show up, but wow he went above and beyond!! Made it to our place earlier than expected which was great. Things went a bit sideways due to our long windswept driveway. It was definitely not what Ben expected but he stayed and cleared our drive by truck, snow blower and shovel. Whatever it took. Honestly I can't tell you how crazy it was, we had a CAA tow truck here and it was stuck! He just rolled with the punches and said he would make sure we were ok. To be honest, we were googling and googling with no luck and somehow ended up calling Ben at Longval Landscaping but honestly now I cannot recommend him enough, you won't go wrong calling them!!!

I was also thinking since he was there he might as well snake the kitchen sink and other bathroom too for maintenance (just in case) but he told me it isn't necessary and he even gave me a warranty for those other sinks for a year, going above and beyond. The price is very reasonable too, and he's super accommodating. Joseph was also very timely (if not early) for the scheduled appointment. He's opening up his office in North York, but he does service clients across the city and maybe even St Catherines? (he told me he had some meetings there and was coming from there to fix my slow draining sink). Besides this small job, he told me he does construction projects and can provide a variety of home service quotes too. Another plus is he delivered the receipt promptly afterward. Highly recommend!
