These guys are hacks. I didn't even hire them but have sustained thousands of dollars in damages as the neighbour of their client. They were tasked with removing a dead cottonwood poplar from my neighbor's backyard. Evidently my neighbours selected the low ball quote offered by Tree Doctors. I offered to help by allowing the "arborists" access to my yard to assist in the removal of "a few logs" . We were assured that no damage would be sustained and anything out of place would be replaced. Instead they fell the huge tree on my property without permission. They tore up my lawn, destroyed my patio stones, crushed my fence and left debris all over my property. In addition to empty water bottles and other trash, they destroyed my gardens and didn't even care to acknowledge their sloppy workmanship. This level of customer service is appalling. I have contracted other arborists before Management has not returned our phone calls and the attempted patch job of my now cracked patio stones will result in me having to replace and re-lay new ones at my expense. What a disgrace! I would never recommend these imposters; if you have them quote on your tree pruning STAY AWAY! And, as in my case, if they are contracted by your neighbours keep them away from you property no matter how much they try to convince you that they are a responsible service provider. These guys are con-artists. read more

Tree Doctors were amazing.They were right on time on the day they had said the work to be done.The entire crew from Dave the climber down to the ground crew were friendly and very professional. They removed 2 very large ash trees from the back yard.They worked around fences,a car port of the neighbors behind , over head Bell and Rodgers lines my pool and also a gold fish pond.Not a problem for the crew. The clean up was excellent.The driveway was cleaned and all lawns racked and gardens cleared of small branches.The wood was cut into the lengths that i had asked them to and stacked.Great job by a great bunch of guys.I had one person come out and said that they would NOT TAKE ON THIS JOB.It was far to big and to many things in the way.Well they were wrong Tree doctors had no problems.If you want a job done safely and with out any worries about your home and property. I had Tree Doctors remove a 40-50 ft, 30-yrs old Pine tree from my porch in Mississauga Heartland residential area (townhose unit), October 17 2025. They came to estimate within days and in less than three weeks they removed the monster tree at a very good price (well below other quotes we got). The work was done in about 2.5 hrs, left the area very clean. The crew even did a favour to us and clipped another tree that was threating the roof of our home. Very professional, super nice people to deal with. I would not hesitate to take them again in future, or recommend them to neighbors. Very satisfied indeed! I have to say I am one of the pickiest customers out here and I am thrilled at the results from Tree Doctors. They are not even finished with the job yet and I am writing this review. They showed up on time when they said they would, They started working as soon as there trucks were stopped in front of the house and my view now from our back porch just skyrocketed in value. Trees went form looking like scrubby hill country oaks to beautiful looking trees. The crew is making sure all the twigs and debris are cleaned up. I am blown away by this. Tree Doctors are simply the best in their field. They are the benchmark in providing quality tree service at a reasonable price. From Glen providing a detail arborist report for the city and explaining the process, to Lynn following the paperwork along, to craftsman arborists Bruno, Shar and Marlon who were against all odds to take down the two trees that were intertwined in 3 different hydro wires with no vehicle access to the property. The work that they performed was totally amazing. I forgot to mention that all the work was done on one of the hottest days of the year recently and all the branches and shrubs had to be taken over 6 foot fences. We waited a long time to have a crew being able to come but the wait was worth while. As soon as they arrived, the arborist assessed the work to be done on the tree (cutting a very large branch and pruning it), pulled its equipment, inspected it and then began his amazing job in climbing this 5 storeys high tree in our tiny backyard. It was breathtaking to see how professional each crew member was and how they knew how to do it well and efficiently including dangling in the air cutting branches with chainsaw. We have a deck in the backyard that we built around a tree because we did not want to cut the tree down. Now the tree is too large and the roots are threatening the structure of the deck. I called several companies who insisted that they needed a crane to handle the job, which would have cost me a fortune. I called Tree Doctors as a last resort and was pleasantly surprised to find out they could tackle the job without a crane. The Tree Doctors crew used ropes and their expertise to take care of the tree without harming the surrounding deck. Great service, I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they are. I don't usually write reviews but these guys are such fantastic and hard workers I felt i need to share my experience with them to everyone. Let's just say we tip all the workers and if we could afford to would like to pay more for the excellent work that they did for us. I'm so happy. I've found Tree Doctor. I've been searching for a while, and called various tree-trimmers, but none were as responsive, personable, clear & good listeners as Terry. An old tree on my property had degenerated into a severely learning position which put in jeopardy a neighbor's garage. Terry and his crew took time to study the problem and came up with a creative solution that fit my needs. The tree provides privacy for my yard and I didn't want the tree cutting to leave it empty. Fantastic Job - Great Attitude - Pride in Workmanship. I had 4 Branch Limb extensions removed - located 20FT to 50F from ground level. It was stressful to watch the Young Man Arborist do his job. He and his coworker achieved the goal as requested - they did exactly what was agreed upon - arriving with photos of the tree limbs to be cut back. Henry and his team arrived early and within minutes he handed me out an estimate, and gave excellent recommendation, too. He called back in the afternoon to confirm their availability to do the job the following day. When the work started I noticed how carefully they trimmed down trees to ensure that no property is being damaged, every debris was cleaned up properly and I was well pleased. I hired a tree service to handle my yearly tree pruning, but was disappointed in the results. They did not do the job as completely as I had hoped they would, however, I was at work the day they came so I could not tell them that the day of the job. We had a pretty bad windstorm that happened last fall and knocked over some pretty big trees in the yard and left a mess. But after calling the tree doctors they had a person to my house very quickly who was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to remove all the downed trees from the yard. The representative gave a fair quote to clean up the mess and they quickly had a team out there taking care of everything. Last August 20, Konstantin and the crew arrived at the appointed time and spent a few minutes giving the crew instructions. Our experience with Tree Doctors was great! The response for quote was very fast and prices were very competitive. Scheduling the work was quick and easy, we were able to get an appointment booked for the next day! The team who came to work on the tree was punctual and very friendly. They did a great job navigating the telecom wires and multiple fences while removing the tree and they did a great job with clean-up, leaving the site totally clean of debris.
