When we started at Rush Pediatric Therapy, our 4-year-old son was non-verbal and severely delayed,…read morestruggling to achieve milestone that most of an 18-month-old level per CDC milestones. After his initial assessment, the team agreed he needed 30+ hours of weekly ABA therapy to support his development. Unfortunately, Rush consistently failed to deliver. Despite the agreed-upon plan, our son never received more than 17 hours per week, even during summer sessions it was decreased even further down to just 13 hours. Early intervention is critical for autistic children to build essential skills in communication, cognition, and social development, as emphasized by every autism support group we've joined. Rush's inability to provide the recommended therapy hours has hindered our son's progress. Worse, Rush made recommendations that seemed contrary to his best interests, such as reducing his weekly hours after he missed a few days over a couple of weeks or allowing their therapist make medical diagnosis when they have no training to diagnose medical conditions. This lack of commitment and follow-through has been deeply disappointing. We expected a center dedicated to supporting autistic children to prioritize their needs, but Rush fall far short of that standard.

I live in LaGrange and I went to PT Solutions in La Grange. Samir was my Physical Therapist there. The quality of care that I received was outstanding. Last month I had my left knee replaced. I knew that I wanted to return to PT Solutions for my PT. When scheduling my appointments, I found out that Samir had moved to the Downer's Grove facility. Although the La Grange location was much more convenient for me, I knew that what was most important was working with Samir again. So now I am driving an extra 20 minutes to my appointments to do that. My recovery after surgery has been amazing. Samir is so thorough and listens to my concerns. He answers all my questions and is more that willing to adjust my therapy appointment based on my physical ability on any given day. First visit put me at ease, and I knew I met a brilliant doctor. He always takes time and doesn't make your appointments feel rushed. His team is awesome. Stephanie always answered all my questions, and she was very kind talking to me during my first weeks after surgery and after that period also. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and a great listener. My hip surgery was terrific, and I was on my feet without any devices after two weeks postop, and for my age it was incredible. My incision was flawless and healed very fast. I was referred to Absolute Rehab by my doctor at Wheaton eye clinic, I was experiencing low level…read morebut almost constant pain in my left eye, beginning shortly after my cataract surgery last year. After performing a thorough eye exam the doctor stated that my eye looked perfect, he also did a quick review of my neck and upper back and determined that the source of my eye pain may be referred pain from that area. He referred me to Absolute Rehab, to say the least I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. During my 1st visit I was very much impressed by how quickly Constance and Retu identified the misalignment of my left shoulder blade and the lack of surrounding muscle tissue. Retu immediately recommended a 6 week therapy and exercise program that Constance would guide me through in the coming weeks. Here I am 6 weeks later and my eye pain is minimal at its worst, my posture is better than it's been for 20 years and I rarely feel the tightness and pain that has plagued me for the past 30 years. I plan to continue the stretching and exercises I learned here for as long as I can, because I feel great as a result. Their excuse was that they emailed and texted former clients multiple times about the end date. I received no such communication. They wouldn't refund me the money I spent. Any place that operates their business this way is a place to avoid. Hundreds of dollars down the drain.
