Reading the reviews, I was concerned, but I was strung along by two other appraisal companies for…read morenearly 8 months and couldn't get an appraiser to complete a report. I had two other companies come out and do a full inspection and then just never deliver the report! I finally called Karsten and he said he was swamped and way behind. I told him that I already waited 8 months. It took him about 6 weeks to get it back to me, but at least he did, and he refunded my money because it took so long. These appraisal companies are frustrating, I get that they are busy. My 5 star review is based upon the fact that he actually got a report back to me unlike the other appraisers that inspected my property. He was honest and knowledgeable and I think that counts too.

The reason I say $7500.00 is because the home needed repairs (totaling $7000.00)which we made to get the home to pass the appraisal process and $500.00 to pay for a messed up appraisal. I have talked to several people in Garfield county that have nothing good to say about Barry Judd.
