I had two other companies come out and do a full inspection and then just never deliver the report! I finally called Karsten and he said he was swamped and way behind. I told him that I already waited 8 months. It took him about 6 weeks to get it back to me, but at least he did, and he refunded my money because it took so long. These appraisal companies are frustrating, I get that they are busy. My 5 star review is based upon the fact that he actually got a report back to me unlike the other appraisers that inspected my property. He was honest and knowledgeable and I think that counts too.
