The Servpro team came in the evening I called, cleaned everything up, my plumbers found the water leak and the Servpro team came back the next day to make sure everything was drying well. They then came back and cleaned again and set us up with their construction team, SunStar Construction to repair the walls and paint. Every thing was done efficiently, and professionally. By the time Servpro arrived my wife and i had cleaned up all the standing water. All Servpro did was put blowers in place to dry the surfaces for 2 days and charged me $2,312 for for placing blowers in the bedroom and hallway. I feel this was an excusive charge given how little they did when they arrived. They left after placing the blowers and came back 2 days later to pick the blowers and then tried to sell me on the idea of replacing all of my LVP on the floor. The LVP is water proof and there was no damage to the the flooring. Servpro is a scam company with abusive charges form what they do. If you ever have any damage to your home call someone else.
